“Police shot and killed a man they say charged at them with a knife. But witnesses and surveillance video say otherwise.
The manager of Capital City mobile home park at 4501 W. Kentucky Ave. has the video. He wouldn’t give it to FOX31 Denver, but he did show it to reporter Tammy Vigil.
It shows Paul Castaway, 35, coming up from behind a white mobile home, through a black iron fence onto the street and around a wooden fence, which is a dead end.
He then turned back around onto the street with a knife to his neck the whole time, when an officer shoots him. The video seems to not match what police say happened.
Additionally, police originally claimed that that Castaway had stabbed his mother and that she had been taken to the hospital with injuries, as a result. They later revised that to him having threatened her and caused minor injuries to her neck. Witnesses once again dispute that, stating she has no injuries at all. ”
Do you think that all of the things that I post here on this website are admissible in court?
When a citizen stands accused and the only testimony against them is that of a “sworn officer of the court” could this be brought in as evidence?
Incident after incident that shows the caliber of these “Heroes in blue”?
I know that it can’t, but it should
They are given the benefit of the doubt in a court of law and their testimony is sacrosanct because they have sworn to uphold the law
But time after time, nationwide, these cowards, thugs, abusers and liars, kill and jail people because of their power trips
How much is going to be enough?
How long are we going to endorse this system of abuse?
When will everyday Americans look at the thuggery being enacted upon them and say that it is time to put an end to it?
Not soon enough
Just remember ,the next time you see a cop, that is not a hero in blue, that is a lying thug hiding behind a badge and a gun
