– A New Port Richey police officer is charged with fleeing and eluding after Hernando County deputies say he sped off at over 100 miles an hour on Cortez Boulevard near Brooksville early Thursday morning.

They say the off-duty officer, 26 year-old Francis Downey, might have escaped had it not been for his riding partner, 20 year-old Tiffany Brush, who wrecked her motorcycle.

“She told the deputy in the emergency room that the person who was riding with her, she was afraid to give his name because he was a New Port Richey police officer,” says Denise Moloney, spokesperson for the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.”

What a hero, huh?

Girlfriend dumps her bike and he leaves her behind

Then she tells staff that she is afraid to divulge his name because he is a cop

What a low life

Take a look at the video and look into party boys eyes

Remember this guy the next time a cop pulls you over

Remember this guy if you ever get called to jury duty

Remember this guy when a cop pulls an attitude on you

Remember this guy and realize that he is the tip of the iceberg

The very same department that arrested him has a history of debauchery and corruption

Cops that kidnap, extort, rape and burn children’s genitals

True stories all

Just google it or put Hernando in the search bar on my site

Heroes all

I am surprised that they arrested him instead of offering him a job

Pinellas county deputy charged after pointing gun during road rage incident

b4s_pindeputy032416_16931515_8col

“Sheila Langlais, 46, was booked into the Pinellas County jail Wednesday, but was released the same afternoon on $5,000 bail.

On Feb. 7, Langlais, who was off duty and in her personal vehicle, had just pulled into the Twin Lakes apartments along U.S. 19 N in Palm Harbor to visit another off-duty deputy. She got into a traffic-related incident with Brett Dowd and his girlfriend, Brittany Byrne, as they tried to park their car. A baby was inside.

They yelled at each other and Langlais pointed a gun at them and then sped off, Pinellas Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said last month.

Dowd called 911. Deputies found Langlais’ car inside the complex. When Langlais stepped outside to talk to deputies, Dowd identified her as the other driver, the sheriff said.

Langlais told them there was a confrontation, but she denied carrying a gun that afternoon.

But after the deputy she was visiting told investigators Langlais had told her she did point a gun at someone before entering her apartment, Langlais admitted to brandishing her gun.”

So , this is the caliber of who they have out there

It takes a certain type of personality to be a cop

Who wakes up one morning and says” I want to carry a gun and control other people and beat them or shoot them if they don’t comply”

Regular heroes simply because they put on a badge and a uniform

Update: Scumbag rapist cop found dead in jail cell

“A former Gasconade County sheriff’s deputy being held on multiple charges of sexual assault — including while in uniform — was discovered dead in his jail cell, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Marty L. Rainey, 52, was being held after being charged in federal court on a charge of enticement of a minor to engage in a commercial sex act, and four counts of deprivation of rights under color of law. He was also facing charges in state court on two counts each of sexual assault and corruption by a public servant, as well as a statutory rape charge and the use of a child in a sexual performance.

According to Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Major Jason Schott, Rainey’s death appeared to be a suicide.

Rainey resigned from the sheriff’s department in November 2012, after being investigated for inappropriate behavior following a complaint from a mental health counselor. A subsequent investigation uncovered a flash drive containing photos and videos of sex acts prompting a raid on his home in August 2014. There investigators seized multiple computers, cameras, flash drives, a hard drive, and other storage devices.

Court documents state that Rainey threatened six women into having sex with him — occasionally including a friend — and sometimes while he was in uniform.

Investigators state that one of his victims was younger than 17 at the time.

Just think about this

The day before he was arrested this guy was a sworn officer of the court

The day before he was arrested his word was given the weight of truth in court

Your word against his

Damn shame his untimely end didn’t come sooner

Dog runs out tail wagging, cop shoots it dead : Video

dog25n-12-web

One minute Yvonne Rosado was dancing with her pet pit bull inside their Bronx apartment — and the next, her dog was dead in the hallway, a city cop’s bullet in its head.

A gruesome video captured the officer, responding to a domestic violence call at a neighboring apartment, pumping a fatal gunshot into beloved 4-year-old Spike.

The pet’s devastated owner says the cop needlessly lost his cool when the typically pleasant pooch, its tail wagging happily, wandered outside before the Feb. 13 tragedy.

“The officer just reacted badly,” a teary Rosado told the Daily News on Thursday. “I was screaming, ‘He’s friendly! He’s friendly!’ But he still did that to my dog.”

Rosado, 42, said Spike posed a threat to no one, comparing her slain dog to a fluffy Sesame Street favorite.

“He was like a big Snuffleupagus — a gentle giant,” she told The News. “He was a member of the family … He would wag his tail, letting everyone know he was friendly.”

In a weekly ritual, the 70-pound dog was standing on its hind legs and dancing with Rosado to a song by Kid Cudi just before the shooting.

“He’s right there when the music’s about to start,” Rosado said. “I dance around with him and I spin him with one paw.”

But the dog started barking once the cops from the 46th Precinct arrived around 5:30 a.m. When Rosado opened her door to see what was happening, Spike slipped into the hallway — where the cop was standing near 16-year-old neighbor Serena Santiago.

The video captured the officer shooting at the doomed pooch from about 3 feet away. The cop fired almost immediately, as he scurried down a few stairs.”

All a cop has to say is that he feared for his life

In the theater of war in Afghanistan they can’t fire unless the enemy actually has a weapon in their hand

What is wrong with that picture?

Please don’t frighten the little man with the gun

He might shoot you

88 cops illegally access Troopers information after she arrests officer for DUI

badcopnodounut

“After arresting a fellow officer for speeding over 120mph, a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) trooper recently received a settlement connected to fellow cops illegally obtaining her personal information. Although 88 law enforcement officers were accused of illegally accessing her information over 200 times and threatening her, only two cops have been named in a settled lawsuit.

On October 11, 2011, FHP trooper Donna “Jane” Watts pulled over off-duty Miami Police Officer Fausto Lopez for driving through Broward County in his marked patrol car at speeds exceeding 120mph. Caught on Watts’ dash cam video, Lopez refused to stop his vehicle for several minutes before finally deciding to pull over on the wrong side of the highway.

After Watts cuffed and processed the reckless off-duty cop for speeding, at least 88 law enforcement officers illegally accessed her personal information over 200 times to retaliate against the female cop for breaking the thin blue line. Instead of upholding the law, dozens of disgruntled cops illegally accessed Watts’ home address, picture, Social Security number, date of birth, and detailed vehicle description.

According to Watts’ lawsuit, at least 88 cops from 25 jurisdictions illegally accessed her information, issued threatening phone calls, and lingered in police vehicles in front of her residence for no justifiable reason. Due to the fact that law enforcement officers regularly break speeding laws, a multitude of cops launched a covert psychological war against Watts for calling out one of their own. According to a three-month Sun Sentinel investigation, 800 cops from a dozen agencies have been caught illegally driving between 90 and 130mph on our highways.

Pasco county Florida hero in blue chokes, beats and puts dish soap in mouth of 7 Yr. old girl

ryan_robert_ferguson_1_1458310635116_34337541_ver1-0_320_240

“PASCO COUNTY, Fla. —A corrections deputy with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office has been arrested after he allegedly put liquid hand soap in a 7-year-old girl’s mouth and choked her while hitting her in the face.

Ryan Robert Ferguson, 29, was arrested on a child abuse charge Wednesday, the sheriff’s office said. The abuse allegedly occurred last Sunday.

According to an arrest affidavit, the girl told investigators that Ferguson put liquid hand soap in her mouth because she lied about something. He then threw her onto the couch and slapped her on the bottom repeatedly.

The girl said after that Ferguson pulled her off the couch, dropped her on her back to the tile floor and began hitting her in the face with an open and closed hand. The girl said that Ferguson was choking her as he hit her, according to the affidavit.

Detectives said the girl’s face, neck, forehead and lower back were red the next day. A doctor found that the girl had bruises under her eyes, which were consistent with being choked. An investigation determined the girl also had bruising on her forehead, which was consistent with being hit with a closed fist.”

You can’t tell by looking at this guy that he is a scumbag sociopath can you?

This is the caliber of the new generation of cops

They have to have a certain mindset to fit in with the militarized P.Ds

These cops are no longer public servants here to protect and serve

They are domestic warriors set out to battle crime

This is what 9/11 has brought us

This is what the war on drugs has brought us

This is our future

Unless we choose to change it

Florida sure seems to have more than it’s share of miscreants wearing blue

Florida is also rated as one of the least free states due to the amount of people in jail or prison for victimless crimes

So who is worse?

The cops or the criminals?

It seems that the only difference between the two is that the cops haven’t been caught yet

Remember this guy if you ever serve on a jury

Remember that tomorrow that sworn officer of the court giving testimony

May be in jail

Victimless Crimes

policing-for-profit

“St. Paul, MN — On May 18, the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office conducted a large-scale revenue collection operation masked as concern for public safety.

A post on their Facebook page explains how the revenue collection initiative will be heavily enforced during the last two weeks in May. They describe how in a single four-hour event, 27 officers were able to conduct 227 traffic stops.

In four hours this event resulted in: 227 traffic stops, 159 seatbelt citations issued, 7 child restraint citations, 6 people arrested and brought to jail, 29 drivers cited for Driving After Revocation or Suspension, 49 “other” citations, and 1 DWI arrest.
In the ‘will they ever learn’ group – one driver was cited two times for No Seatbelt Use within 30 minutes by two separate officers.
Increased enforcement efforts are going on statewide through the rest of the month. Buckle up!

The resultant revenue generated in that four-hour period is well over $10,000.00.

One would think that the officers who enforce seat belt laws would be hyper-aware of these laws and always buckle up. One would be wrong.

After seeing this wholesale hypocrisy on seatbelt laws, police accountability activist, Andrew Henderson grabbed his camera and went to document officers without their seatbelts on. It was like shooting fish in a barrel.

Henderson explains on a Facebook post what went on that day.

As I have seen many officers drive without seat belts, I found this to be a double standard and an unethical means of revenue generation.
On Friday, May 22nd, I decided to stand on a street corner outside of the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center with a camera to document officer seat belt use.

Henderson was able to catch multiple officers without their seatbelts on. They were completely open about it and made no attempts to buckle up as they were being filmed.”

This is what is causing the chasm between the public and our so called public servants.  We are allowing ourselves to become their prey…. revenue prey that is.

Texas hero in blue guns down two teens

“An arrest warrant says 16-year-old Jose Cruz was “intentionally shot” by off-duty Farmers Branch police officer Ken Johnson.

For that, Johnson is charged with murder.

Further, the warrant says Johnson “intentionally shot” 16-year-old Edgar Rodriguez in the hand and head. Rodriguez survived, but remains in critical condition at a local hospital.

For that, Johnson is charged with aggravated assault.

Neither teen was armed.

“You can only use deadly force if you have reasonable belief that someone is about to use deadly force against you,” said former prosecutor and local defense attorney Toby Shook. “You can’t just shoot someone because they stole from you.”

Johnson, 35, was arrested Wednesday in connection with the Sunday shooting that he says began when the teens broke into his SUV at his Farmers Branch apartment complex. Video shows Johnson chasing the Cruz’s red Dodge Challenger down Marsh Lane, appearing to ram the back of it, causing it to spin and crash.

A picture taken by bystander allegedly shows Johnson pointing a gun at the car.”

The rest here: http://www.wfaa.com/news/crime/ken-johnsons-case-headed-to-grand-jury/87121051

This from the article:

“He said that the surveillance video in the case is consistent with Johnson’s statement that he was in fear of his life when he took law enforcement action.

“They were in the middle of committing a crime and they did not follow orders,” Livingston said. “They indicated and they gave a threat to Officer Johnson. ”

How about that?

He feared for his life because they didn’t follow orders

All the while , he had a loaded gun pointed at them

What a scumbag

Either a filthy murderer on a power trip

Or a coward

You never know who might be pulling you over when you see cherries in the mirror
