To serve: Cop ran security for Gangster disciples drug shipments

3e00f02fe6959d47115c799d9f206d5f1

“Former Crockett County Sheriff’s Office deputy Calvin Fields pleaded guilty to counts of distribution of cocaine and possession of a firearm during drug trafficking in U.S. District Court on Friday.

As part of the plea agreement, Fields waived his right to appeal his sentence, meaning the sentence he is given will not change.

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents became aware of possible public corruption in Crockett County in January, according to the facts presented in the case.

Fields was accused of using his patrol car to provide mobile security for a person identified as a Gangster Disciples member, according to court documents. The person was not identified in court records due to fear of retaliation.

Court documents say Fields provided security and protection for the gang member as they moved narcotics throughout Crockett County, and in exchange received cash payments between $100 and $800.

Fields also drove his patrol car behind the person’s vehicle to ensure the drugs were delivered safely, according to court documents.

A meeting between an informant and Fields was arranged at a gas station in Crockett County to see if Fields would assist the person in delivering two ounces of cocaine to a location in Bells in exchange for $400, which was photocopied money, according to court documents.

Fields was wearing his Crockett County Sheriff’s Office uniform and had a handgun at the time of the meeting, according to court documents.

He was later arrested and admitted his actions to agents.”

So, they looked at this guy and thought he was A-okay. No alarms or whistles when he was interviewed. And why was that?  Because it is who they are. They are a personality type and are one and the same. Think you are above the law? Good, You are one of us. Of course when they get busted they can no longer cover and have to cut them free. This is the caliber of the individuals that choose this type of employ. No one just wakes up one morning and says ” I want to control people for a living”  Best of luck to you the next time you get pulled over. You never know who is behind that badge and gun.

“MEMPHIS, TENN (localmemphhis.com) – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained an indictment for a former police officer who is now facing charges of Theft and Official Misconduct.

At the request of 22nd District Attorney General Brent Cooper, TBI Agents began investigating Robert Jason Gann in January.

During the investigation, Agents developed information that, while a police officer for the Waynesboro Police Department, Gann pawned two department-issued weapons in Lawrenceburg on several occasions.

The final time Gann pawned the handgun, the investigation revealed he did not pick it up, and it was eventually sold by the pawn shop.

Gann resigned his job with the police department before information about this incident surfaced and took a job at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department.

That agency’s leaders subsequently terminated his employment when it learned of the accusations involving Gann.”

Typical arrogant cop behavior: Cop forces man to jump from roof top

This is what happens when cops begin to think that they are better than those that they serve. This is the action, not of a public servant, but rather a domestic warrior carrying on a fight against corrupt citizenry. The cop, pictured below, gets to now become what he hated so much.    Hopefully some other cop on a power trip will kick his teeth in while he is in custody.  Karma, while sometimes a long time in coming, can often be a real bitch.

“An Adams County Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested after forcing a suspect to jump  off a roof during a confrontation in March.

James Cook, 33, was arrested Thursday and is being charged with 2nd degree assault.

According to a press release, it all started with a domestic violence call in Brighton on March 21.

The suspect, Alejandro Martinez, 24, ran from authorities and climbed onto the rooftop of an outbuilding nearby.

Police say he was refusing direct orders to come down so Cook, an Adams County K9 handler, was sent to the roof with a dog to attempt to take Martinez into custody.

Witnesses told police that during the ensuing confrontation, Cook physically forced Martinez off the roof.

Martinez fell and was taken into custody on the ground. He was transported to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.”

It’s not just the cops, it’s the system: Man released after 2 decades in prison

A federal jury on Wednesday awarded a man more than $13 million after he sued thecity, seven Chicago police officers and two Cook County prosecutors over his conviction for the 1992 slayings of Jeffrey Lassiter and Sharon Haugabook.

Tears streamed down Deon Patrick’s face, and he clutched a photograph of his late mother that he wears around his neck, as Judge Ronald Guzman announced the award. Patrick wore a bright-green sweater vest to the courtroom and hugged his attorneys after the verdict was read.

“I feel like my day has finally come,” Patrick said minutes after the hearing. “They tricked me into believing it was over in 2014.

“To sit there for 25 years, and then to have to go through this all over again, and listen to the lies all over again,” he said after five weeks of testimony and more than two days of jury deliberation. “They made me relive it.”

Patrick spent two decades in prison before Cook County prosecutors dismissed the murder charges against him in 2014. He filed his lawsuit that same year.

The verdict comes four months after a federal jury awarded $22 million to Nathson Fields, an ex-El Rukn gang member who spent more than a decade on Death Row only to be cleared of a 1984 double murder.

Patrick’s case went to trial March 6 in front of Judge Guzman. Patrick’s lawyer, Stuart Chanen, told jurors during closing arguments Monday there was no physical evidence linking Patrick to the slayings.

“They fabricated evidence against [Patrick],” Chanen said of the police and prosecutors targeted by the lawsuit. “They coerced his confession. They manipulated evidence.

Corrupt lying cops, prosecutors and judges. It takes all of these to commit a travesty of that magnitude. From top to bottom it took hundreds of people to perpetrate this.    But once the system has become focused on someone it has millions of dollars and manpower to convict. All prosecutors care about are their conviction rate so they can further their career. They are no better than the cops and are actually the ones who empower their misdeeds

Veteran deputy in Marion County resigns after prosecutor refuses to use his testimony

Amazing…Lying cops. Who ever would have guessed? What this story isn’t telling you is that the Sheriff of the very same Dept. was forced to retire to avoid prosecution about a year ago for………. You guessed it; Lying under oath. The difference is that the Sheriff was lying about a different battery case where his deputies had beat the holy dog snot out of a guy who surrendered.      Real heroes, huh? Just because they wear blue. Well that blue privilege needs to be revoked. Do not ever assume that a cop is telling the truth. They are just as likely to lie if not more so than the average person. They have to do it all the time to cover their and their buddies butts and make stories fit the narrative they tell.

“A veteran deputy with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office has resigned after the prosecutor’s office announced it would no longer rely on testimony from him after truthfulness in question.

Joshua Parker

On Thursday, sheriff’s office administrators requested MCSO K9 Deputy Joshua Parker be at the MCSO Central Operations Center for the purpose of terminating his employment with the MCSO. Prior to being terminated, Parker submitted his resignation and has been separated from the agency. The events giving rise to Sheriff Billy Woods’ intention to terminate Parker arose from a Feb. 13 letter from State Attorney Brad King, advising that Parker’s testimony would no longer be relied upon by his office. The SAO discovered that Parker was untruthful in two recent cases and they could no longer accept Parker’s testimony to be relied upon for material evidence in any future case, intake, deposition, hearing or trial unless his testimony was corroborated by some other reliable evidence.

The SAO found that Parker gave false testimony during a deposition, and during the subsequent state felony battery trial, of former MCSO deputy Jesse Terrell. Upon receiving the letter of the SAO’s findings and determination, Sheriff Woods suspended Parker with pay. Sheriff Woods ultimately made the decision to terminate Parker from the agency, citing the insurmountable issues the State Attorney’s Office vocalized along with the liability and public concern that would be associated with keeping Parker as a deputy sheriff.

#Police officer that killed Autistic boy sentenced to 40 Yrs.

Scumbag cop got exactly what he deserved ; Essentially a life sentence. It wasn’t only that he opened fire, but he had to lie about and fall back on the “Feared for his life” defense. That’s just how heartbroken he is.     Not just that, but I love the way the defense attorney attempts to return him to hero status ” For more than a decade, Jonathan Goins told the court, Stafford “was putting his life on the line each and every night” while “we’ve been sleeping in our beds.”    Yeah, right. You never know when a 5 Yr. old Autistic kid may open fire on you.    It is more likely that he put his lies on the line every night.   Pulling over drunks and old ladies sure is some hazardous duty. Sounds to me like he was simply pissed because the driver would not submit to his authority and ended up killing the kid.        This shit is not for free anymore. If LEO has not figured it out; enough is enough. They are making war against the citizens that they are sworn to protect and the rubber is ready to hit the road.  People are up in arms, prosecutors are finally prosecuting and judges are handing out prohibitive sentences.       Put your life on the line? Keep shooting innocent and unarmed people and it will be. Just like Officer Stafford ; a life for a life. LEO has brought this on itself and it is going to take quite a bit to undo it.

“MARKSVILLE — Former Marksville deputy marshal Derrick Stafford was sentenced to 40 years in prison Friday, a week after an Avoyelles Parish jury found the 33-year-old former policeman guilty in the fatal shooting of a 6-year-old boy and the wounding of the boy’s father.

Stafford, who apologized to the boy’s father and asked for leniency, was convicted of manslaughter in the death of Jeremy Mardis, an autistic first grader, and attempted manslaughter in the wounding of Chris Few, the boy’s 26-year-old father.

But Judge William Bennett, who presided over the week-long trial, decided to impose the four-decade sentence — the maximum for manslaughter, and a prison term Stafford’s attorneys described at the hearing as essentially a life sentence — after reading an eight-page statement from the bench.

Bennett called Stafford “a good man” but described the hail of gunfire unleashed by Stafford and a fellow deputy, Norris Greenhouse Jr., at the end of a two-mile pursuit on Nov. 3, 2015, as “a senseless tragedy” for which Stafford was justly convicted.

“The shooting simply should never have happened,” Bennett said.

Stafford, shackled and wearing an orange jail jumpsuit, reiterated that he never knew the child was in the car and expressed remorse for the boy’s death. While standing before the judge, Stafford turned and, looking directly at Few, apologized for the shooting and the loss of Few’s son. “I have kids, man,” he said.

But Stafford continued to maintain that Few posed a threat when Stafford opened fire on his small SUV at the end of the chase.

“I did believe there was a threat and I tried to stop it,” Stafford said.

Both Stafford and his attorneys also stressed his 13-year law enforcement career during the sentencing hearing. For more than a decade, Jonathan Goins told the court, Stafford “was putting his life on the line each and every night” while “we’ve been sleeping in our beds.”

VALHALLA

I will disappear in fog and night
Subdued in sleep and surprise
Blinding lights
Overwhelming might
They will spirit me away
And charge me with my crimes
They will call me many names
And some I might be
But none will be  my own
I will be a traitor or subversive
Or worse
Because I refuse to swear allegiance
To the police state
And fealty to the men
Clad in black
I will not submit
But they don’t know
That I stole into the great hall of Valhalla
And took with me
One of their mighty spears
Usurped their valor
And took it back with me
Now they will carry me on my shield
Though my burning bier
Be but a lonely cell
And tonight I will dine
In the great hall of Valhalla
That place that still lives on
In the mind of men

Cop shoots dogs leg off after drunken fall from motorcycle

And of course the Asshole lies about what actually happened. “Feared for his life” my ass. How many people and animals have lost their lives because some trigger happy coward “Feared for his life”? Now they have the dipshit on paid suspension instead of fired and warming up a jail cot.  It shows what they really think of his actions.

PURCELL, Oklahoma

“Officer Richard Kyle Glasgow has been charged with one count of reckless conduct with a firearm, according to court documents.

On Oct. 8, 2016 Glasgow told authorities he was riding his motorcycle in McClain County when he said a dog named Champion came out after his motorcycle and he feared for his life so he fired a warning shot into the ground and another shot at the dog. Champion was wounded and lost part of his right front paw as a result of the shooting.

Witnesses told police that Glasgow fell off his motorcycle while driving by the property where Champion’s owners lived.

A deputy called to the scene said, “While talking to Glasgow I could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person, and could hear slurred speech as he spoke.”

The charge alleges Glasgow demonstrated a conscious disregard for the safety of others and created a situation of unreasonable risk and probability of death or great bodily harm to others. ”
