A few bad apples : Tree Bearing fruit after the death of George Floyd

aaeaaqaaaaaaaaweaaaajdy2n2yxodiylta0ndmtngrmos1hnmu2ltu2zdywota0yjq5yg

The old adage, a few bad apples spoils the bunch, has been shown to be true

Now that rotten bunch is responsible for America’s cities burning with the fire of righteous rage

This is about color alright

But not about black or white

This is about blue and the color of law

This is about the privilege and immunity from justice that comes simply by being a “sworn officer of the court”

This is about The ability to abuse, bully and even kill those that they are sworn to serve and protect without repercussion because they are able to lie and be believed

This is about bad cops in general, Guys Like Officer Dustin Mormando from Hernando county Fl. Who not only lies, but also tries to shake down his victims for money on the road side

This is about Bad cops like Emmanuel Tsongranis,  a Florida fish and wildlife officer who will lie under oath in a court, contradicting his previous testimony and then bend the law in front of a crooked Judge to get his way

This is about all of these bad apples and the very tree that they grow upon

And now, that tree has grown so large and so crooked that all of those bad apples

Bushel after bushel, are loosed upon the streets of America

That rotten fruit, grown from crooked and misshapen branches

Are finally running into justice

There are so many incidents, so many deaths and so much video

That they can no longer lie their way out of it

Or hide behind blue privilege

Killing after killing after killing has been recorded

Abuse, torture, illegalities

And now

The rubber has finally hit the road

Get ready America

It’s harvest time

It is time to pluck those bad apples and purge their rot and disease from the the rest of the lot

It is time to start over

This has gone too far to change with investigations and new guide lines

This has gone too far to change with a few blithe lies and assurances from slimy politicians

This has to be the beginning of something new

Not the continuation of the same old crap attached to the empty promises of someone attached to power

The tree that bear this fruit needs to be replaced entirely

By that of Liberty

Liberty Aut Mors

A cop is a cop is a cop :Amy Klobuchar didn’t prosecute officer at center of George Floyd’s death after previous conduct complaints

“George Floyd’s death in police custody is renewing criticism of Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-Minn.) prosecutorial record.

Before she became a senator and a top contender for former Vice President Joe Biden’s vice presidential spot, Klobuchar spent eight years as the Hennepin County attorney, in charge of prosecution for Minneapolis. And while in that position, Klobuchar declined to prosecute multiple police officers cited for excessive force, and did not prosecute the officer who kneeled on Floyd’s neck as he protested, The Guardian reports.

Ex-Minneapolis police officer Derick Chauvin saw at least 10 conduct complaints during his 19-year tenure before he was fired Tuesday, according to a database that documents complaints against police”

George Floyd and the warning from Minneapolis

    c_scalefl_progressiveq_80w_800

Hey Cops, do you get it yet? Kill someone unjustly and you will pay the price; you and the community that supports you. You live in a new age and you can no longer lie or cheat your way out of it.   Go ahead, turn off your issued body cams, it won’t matter. Someone is watching you at all times, filming and  recording and there is nothing you can do.   You can try and disperse crowds, take cameras, phones and videos if you want, but the Genie is out of the bottle. Just a few short years ago the cop that killed George Floyd could have lied his way out of it. He and his buddies would have claimed that all he did was hold him down with his body and that would have been the end of it.    These are all of course, “Sworn officers of the court” and a judge would give their testimony the weight of truth.   But this is different now; The community is your judge. This is direct Democracy without all of the rigamarole that comes from operating within the system.    You have done something egregious to a member of the community and now the community is holding you and the system responsible.   Lie as you might, the camera doesn’t and you will be brought into the light of justice. Not the justice that is bought or bribed in the court system. Not the justice that is bargained by lawyers dragging bags of money. This is the justice of the righteous brought upon the sinner, the robbed hanging the thief, the wronged in just indignation striking at their tormentor.     And remember this…. You have been warned. You have brought this upon yourselves through all of your acts of criminality that the system has covered for.   But those days are gone forever. Welcome to the new world.

“LOS ALAMOS COUNTY, New Mexico — Sporting an orange shirt and striped pants issued by the Los Alamos County Detention Center, Rio Arriba County Sheriff James Lujan was arraigned and released from custody Friday, after being arrested the day prior for failing to comply with a search warrant.

Española police and Taos County deputies arrested Lujan when he refused to unlock a cellphone officers believe was used while Lujan obstructed an active SWAT standoff in March.

The arraignment was moved to Los Alamos after both magistrate judges in Rio Arriba County recused themselves.

Los Alamos Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados said Lujan would be released on his own recognizance. Under his conditions for release, Lujan is not allowed to possess a firearm, consume any alcoholic beverage or enter a liquor establishment.

However, Lujan and his attorney Nathaniel Thompkins said the sheriff would need his gun while still working as the head law enforcement official in Rio Arriba.

“I understand that you are an officer,” Casados said. “It does worry me, but I’m going to put that you can have a weapon only at work.”

Casados also said Lujan could enter a liquor establishment if required to do so while working as a law enforcement official.

Ninth Judicial District Attorney Andrea Reeb, who will prosecute Lujan in a separate obstruction case in district court, said she was not surprised that Lujan was allowed to keep his firearm, but that most police officers would have been put on administrative leave and had their gun confiscated.

She also said it’s unclear exactly when Lujan would be off duty, since many sheriffs are on-call at all hours.

State Attorney General Hector Balderas appointed Reeb to prosecute the case against Lujan after 1st Judicial District Attorney Marco Serna recused himself. Balderas also granted Reeb the authority to prosecute any charges stemming from Thursday’s arrest.

Reeb said she will file to combine the charges, meaning Lujan will face three charges of resisting and obstructing officers.

So far, five of the eight judges in the 1st Judicial District Court have recused themselves from overseeing Lujan’s case. ”

Who’s pulling you over ? : Jackson Cop arrested for soliciting sex from 16 Yr. old, released without bond and on paid leave

pervert

Who wants power and control over others? Who chooses a career that allows them to be an authority figure?    Who has more in common with bullies, wife beaters and child molesters?       That’s right, your neighborhood hero in blue. Remember that the next time you get pulled over on a dark highway.

“A Mississippi police officer accused of soliciting a 16-year-old girl for sex was identified by the victim’s attorney Tuesday and later ordered to stay away from the accuser and her family, officials said

A Jackson police officer was arrested Saturday and charged with exploitation of a minor, news outlets reported.

On Monday, the Jackson Police Department said a patrolman was arrested and later placed on administrative leave. The department hasn’t identified the officer nor has it released details regarding the case. A mugshot of the officer wasn’t released.

A May 9 affidavit accused the officer of coercing the teen and giving her a cellphone so she could later meet with him to engage in “sexually explicit conduct,” The Clarion-Ledger reported.

The victim’s attorney, Lisa Ross, identified the officer on Tuesday. She later accused the police department of giving the officer special treatment because he was released from jail Saturday on an unsecured $50,000 bond, news outlets reported.

Police Chief James Davis responded at a separate news conference by saying the department arrested the officer once it learned of the allegations, adding that the department does not “deal with” bonds.”

Covid -19 police state: Excuse for the new tyranny

Get ready for the complete and permanent abolishment of your rights. Right now it is being done under the guise of safety, but in the near future all pretensions will be gone.

Now that the pigs that feed at the troughs of power have had a taste of totalitarianism, they will not be satisfied until they gorge endlessly.

Remember… Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely

As of the first “Stay at home” order our constitutional rights have been abridged, if not entirely suspended

But here is the rub; Rights are not theirs to abridge or suspend

No more egregious thought could be promulgated by the Govt. or their denizens of so called ” Public servants”

Yet daily it is

The thought, being spread as fact, comes down the bureaucratic pipeline as smoothly as any order of the politoboro

It is almost as if tyranny has been creeping in while we were too busy prospering to notice

Creeping through the courts

Creeping through the state and local Govts.

Creeping into our lives slowly and insidiously like an opaque fog

Until finally we are enveloped and isolated in muffled darkness

We have no voice because it is illegal if we resist

Obstruction

Resistance

Violation

Obey or pay

Everything has become illegal, by some statute ordinance or order

An army has been amassed around us to enforce it

State, federal and local

Federally funded police Depts. with U.S. military supplied vehicles and weapons

Swat teams assigned and funded to almost all federal agencies

The Postal service

U.S. Fish and wildlife service

National park service

Dept. of energy

Dept. of Education

F.B.I

D.H.S.

And more

We awoke one day and were surrounded in our own country

And now the end game is here

That’s right, not tomorrow

Not maybe

Today and now

When Cops are telling people that their rights are suspended

Health Depts. are issuing decrees on whether or not you can have life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness

A local board of barely elected Commissioners suddenly feel empowered to run your life and issue bans and orders

Judges who decree however they want regardless of law flagrantly violate their office

State Govts. tell you if you can meet, go out in public, go to church or do any other thing

Yes, it has arrived

This is no state of emergency

This is a state of Tyranny

We are captives now of the police state and not obeying orders will get you arrested

It is not time now for fear

There is no place for cowardice

The future will not belong to the timid

LAKELAND, Fla. — A video showing what appears to be a Polk County deputy punching a handcuffed suspect two times before placing him inside the back of a marked deputy cruiser is making rounds on social media.

The graphic video, sent to ABC Action News on Thursday, shows a man wearing a neon green t-shirt, later identified as 20-year-old Fernando Jimenez, being taken into custody by two Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

As one of the deputies holds Jimenez to the back of the cruiser, the second deputy appears to have punched Jimenez twice before placing him inside.

One of the punches appears to have hit Jimenez in the head.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said the deputy punched Jimenez “whenever he was trying to get him under control.”
