Let us also not forget the most arrested and disgraced Sheriffs Dept. in Florida history , Hernando county. This county had more deputies arrested in one year than any other. Sex abuse, rape, burning the genitals of a child with a hair dryer and more. A special mention goes out to Detective Dustin Mormando who has now been relegated to being a school resource officer. From the the youngest detective ever, to shaking down women for money on the roadside, he has had a stellar career.
