Why I started this blog

In July and January a disgusting injustice was done to me and two close friends at the hands of the so called Florida justice system.  This state and many others alike are out of control with greed and are power hungry.  Our public servants believe that we the people who place their badges on their chest and robes on their backs are to fear them and  beg for forgiveness.  Laws have been created to serve them not us.    Things are getting worse and will be getting a lot more so if we do not stand up to these petty tyrants. They have become cowards and fear drives them like wild animals prowling our streets.

  2. I’m guessing after after looking at quite a few of your “posts”, that you are completely anti law enforcement. I’m also going to make another educated guess that you are for BLM.

    Here’s the problem with your “blog”. If McDonalds has 20 employees, and one (1) of them drops your beef patty on the floor, picks it up, puts it on the bun, and gives it to you, does that mean all 3 million McDonalds employees do the same? (It’s probably happened to you if you’ve ate fast food a few times in your life. Or at least, someone has scratched their balls, then touched your food).

    You might have been wrongly accused of something you didn’t do. But you’re no better than the cop that arrested you, by falsely saying that all cops are bad, and telling people to fear for their lives when getting pulled over. Police Officers have a stressful job, just because one does wrong doesn’t mean they all do.

    Final thought, ( i’m going to guess that you’re on welfare and probably never held on job ever), since you’re so critical of every police officer, why don’t you do some good for the world and become a police officer yourself? Or maybe write a positive post about Police Officers. Like how some of them use their own money (on a very low salary) to buy individuals needed items like food, gas, toys, etc. Have you really ever bought anyone you didn’t know anything to help the out? Only a small percentage of these good deeds the cops do are noticed, 99% of the time you don’t hear about it. But when one stressed out cop loses his temper, the entire liberal United States makes it known that all police officers are evil pigs

    1. You are quite incorrect about BLM which is based entirely on a false narrative. If you look at the body of material that is here you will see that this is a whole lot more than just a few bad apples. Go back a few pages and look at the compilations of rape, child porn and less than one months worth of arrests. Look at that and realize , when I do these posts I pass up 20 stories just to post one. Jump off of here and go to the CATO institutes police abuse site. That is right, the abuses have gotten so bad that the CATO institute has it’s own site called policemisconduct.net (BTW, the gentleman who runs that site is the son of a cop who greatly respects his father) Scroll down page one and you will find 114 links to articles and that is less than a 3 week period. Bear in mind that the site has only been there a couple of years and it has 251 pages.These cops are creating a climate of violence and fear and they don’t like it now that it is turning back on them. The people that they are hiring have more in common with wife beaters, bullies and thugs than they do with the common person on the street. As for being on welfare.. Well not quite. I am the one who provides the welfare. Last year I hired a vet who was an M.P. and kept him on for almost a year when I didn’t really need him. because his funds had run out. He went on to become a Deputy in my county. Not admitting that there is a problem is being part of the problem. I support and campaign for a local sheriffs candidate. Why? Because he knows there is a problem and will admit it. He is constitutionally minded and is as much concerned about rights as he is law.So, you make a whole lot of assumptions about someone simply because they are anti police abuse. You have to realize that I expose myself to these disgusting degenerates daily through my news feeds. Maybe if you were a little more exposed to it you would be a little less predisposed to fall back on the old “Few bad apples”

      1. Deborah, that was a very nicely thought-out and worded response to an illogical and impolite set of false assumptions.
        I was a peace officer (San Diego Police Department as well as volunteering my time as a reserve officer at two other departments) many years ago. We had some “badge-heavy”, abusive officers back then, and it has only gotten worse. I also spent over ten years in Communications with the California Highway Patrol, which has always been held up as one of the best law enforcement agencies in all of California, and we had a few TOs (Traffic Officers) there who were abusive. One was actually arrested and convicted for the murder of a young college coed, and another was arrested for illegal searches and seizures on a large number of traffic stops (I don’t recall if he was convicted or just allowed to resign).

        People, cops are all human beings, with the same failings as the rest of us. Some are good and some are bad. The problem is that the bad ones are in a position to use their authority to do incredible harm to innocent civilians, like the Texas State Trooper who did a “digital” vaginal “exam” on a mother and her daughter on a traffic stop. As Deborah mentions, departments these days are hiring people who are then trained to enforce all laws, without using the discretion we were taught back in my day in how they deal with the public. We were taught to enforce the _spirit_ of the law NOT the letter of the law. We did not arrest for every violation we came across (except for felonies, as California law made it a felony for an officer to ignore a felony).

        Today the bad cops are very seldom made to face consequences for their wrong-doings by either their departments or the courts. This only serves to make them worse, and to show cops who might have been teetering on the edge of bad conduct that it was OK to be bad, safe to do bad things and get away without punishment or firing. Until that changes, it will only get worse.

    2. People like you always seem to compare law enforcement to professions that are not given a gun, professions that do not require their employees to take an oath to PROTECT and SERVE. You think that someone working at a fast food joint can be compared to someone working in law enforcement?? Delusional. Oh and then you need to assume that the person posting negative remarks about law enforcement is on welfare, or never did anything to help their fellow human being… Again, delusional. The difference between one stressed cop losing their temper and a McDee’s employee losing theirs might be someone getting a dirty burger and someone getting a bullet between their eyes.       1. Police do NOT take an oath to “Protect & Serve.”

        That is a very effective marketing slogan, aka copaganda, courtesy the LAPD.

        Police do not vow to serve the community. They serve each other, first and always. Then they serve politicians and administrators. After that, property owners, typically by order of wealth.

        Being poor is effectively illegal in America.

    3. Let me guess, you of small stature, 5’2″ – 5’6″. You were bullied in high school. You always wanted to be the one in charge of any situation. That is why you went to the academy. You do consider yourself and colleagues to being above the law. You have a higher title than just “deputy”. You use “stop resisting” as a diversion tactic to abuse the citizens who are not resisting. I do know 1 police officer who was an honest man, sadly he has retired and he recently told me that cops will not socialize with him because he did not engage in the thin blue line game.

        Cops serve the state first and private property second. People need to do a bit of googling and look into the establishment of the modern US and UK police forces, and WHY they were created in the first place.

    5. you are a complete moron. Deborah has worked her entire adult life and had been a “good” citizen. It was only after her husband was targeted by corrupt florida cops that she started to think differently of the “good guys in blue”. Her husband went to court and the police force in their town closed their doors rather than admit and pay out to all thei people they had f’d over. Then she was arrested, abused and lied about by more of these “friendly cops” and sat in a jail because of their lies. SO now she is exposing cops. You? Wow! If someone doesn’t like cops they must be on welfare? You are a real loser!

Deborah has worked her entire life.. she is not a “welfare” recipient as though that would invalidate her thoughts. She watched as corrupt cops tried to railroad her husband. (He ended up suing these great men in blue and the entire police department closed rather than facing the pandemic of corruption they had caused). Then she was arrested, lied about and railroaded into jail by more of these “stellar” cops. You? Have you had to face this corruption? Have you lost your freedom due to lying cops?     7. I would like to know what you think the public should do when victimized by an abusive corrupt law enforcement officer. Just like all cops should not be judged by the acts of the corrupt ones you don’t have the right to discriminate against and make derogatory statements toward a victim that is attempting to enlighten people. She has a right to speak without fear of being violated again. I’m not anti-cop I’m Anti-corruption. The problem is when you come across an abusive or corrupt cop and try to deal with supervisors and other officers, they circle the wagons and falsify reports to cover up. I actually have a great deal of respect for decent cops and know they do a job I couldn’t and appreciate the job they do. I also have bought clothes, groceries and assisted many families in need over the years. (not for brownie points,) I’m not leftist at all. I’m a red blooded, Christian, American patriot. I took oath to protect my country from all enemies foreign and domestic. I’m not a welfare mom. Now that we have cleared up those issues, please tell me what I should do. I have struggled between my loyalty to those that serve and my outrage at the violation of my rights over and over again. I have grounds for a lawsuit and evidence to back it up but haven’t done so yet because of the decent and hard-working officers(some are family) that I respect. So please tell me what your opinion is of how I should proceed. If you are truly one of the good guys that is just over worked and frustrated by the state of things in our nation, then help me by giving me direction on how it should be handled. I’m tired of being victimized by same drug addled criminals and when I call 911. I get Officers of the court that are aggressive and demeaning and trying to bully. On more than one occasion flat telling me they don’t want to be bothered because they wanted to work in a different area that shift. I had a meth head shooting roman candles into my house and the responding officer immediately upon arrival starts yelling at me ” This is America” he refused to take pictures of the damages and flat out told me he was going to falsify the report. Fireworks are only allowed 3 days out of the year here (not one of those days) and even at that attempting to burn someone’s house down with them in it was what the call was about.(not an accident an attack) How about the cop that I called as instructed to serve a restraining order and he handed over the order and told the defendant he didn’t have to abide by it that he wouldn’t enforce a judge’s order. ( documented and proven) or the one that said they didn’t enforce certain laws unless you have a HOA. The list unfortunately goes on but I’m sure you get my point. To top it off I’m disabled and have been fighting for my life due to health issues during all this. Witch I only mention because the stress of all this is detrimental to my health and well-being.
      So please tell me the appropriate way to deal with this?

  6. I found a website called robe probe. In it there was many complaints about this so-called judge Donald Horrox. Many of the complaints are very true. Unfortunately I’m one of his victims that was unlawfully arrested and find the maximum fine. I had a state-owned lawyer which didn’t help much. I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do besides filing complaint which I have with a j QC? This judge is corrupt dishonorable has no ethics as no compassion and doesn’t obey the Constitution he needs to be removed ASAP

    1. He was elected unopposed the last time. You should contact some local groups like the Tampa bay TEA party and local 912 groups. They have large voting blocks and a lot of local influence. I think that it would also be interesting to note during the next election that Horrox was a defense attorney for Sami Al-Arian. Go to facebook and meet up.com and look up local 912 groups. You will certainly find people that will want this scumbag removed. As a Judge , he is a pathetic example of a failed system and the worst type of human being.

  8. Keep doing what you do. The ones with the blinders on only should strengthen our resolve to keep fighting this battle! Cops should not be above the law. As a person whose brother was killed by Washoe county sheriff in Reno Nevada I can personally vouch that police brutality is rampant with no consequences! It needs to END!!

  11. People have a very poor understanding of the phrase “A bad apple..” If you continue the saying “a bad apple ruins the bunch”. Not all police are bad guys that break the law and hurt citizens. I’ll grant you that. But the problem is, Law enforcement is not a job comparable to most. When a few cops go bad it ruins the whole department. The blue wall does exist and the cops who do not actively root out the bad apples are worse. They are apathetic and apathy will lead them down the same path eventually.

    Police corruption is a real issue. Most cops don;t have the I.Q anymore to even understand the law let alone enforce it properly. They want order following meat heads that won’t question things. This is a problem. The blue wall is a problem. Police have virtually no consequences to their bad behaviour. This blog is need and more like it. The media need to hound the hell out of them over every little mistake. We need Police accountability.

  13. For what it’s worth..
    I have never been the victim of cops over stepping their boundaries…however, some friends of mine did. We all worked for an office machine and furniture dealer. These guys were delivering furniture, and were pulled over by the local PD in Edinburg Texas.
    They were all hauled down to the PD, fingerprinted, mug shots, and let go…They are all Hispanic…the workers I mean.
    Apparently, an office which had received a delivery from our company was burglarized, and our company was suspect. No one was arrested, but now they all have their prints on file…and mug shots…for nothing.
    Edinburg Police Department in the seventies was just short of a ‘gestapo run’ department. The chief had the last word on everything, I personally have seen him lie in court.
    He is long gone, and the department has a new leader, who is an upstanding guy, and maintains a high integrity in the force. A far cry from what it used to be.

  14. I wouldn’t even consider arguing with you on that topic. I’m pro-police, For the most part, they do a great job working in a bad environment. Remember one thing, without the police we have anarchy.
    The National Guard would not be the answer. Remember Kent State in the ’60s. I’m Jim, a great site.

    1. Here it is September 14, 2020. I just read your line about “without the police we have anarchy.” Well, at this time we have the police, and we have anarchy in the streets. Because the police won’t do anything. So I say, send in the national guard, or just remove all law enforcement, and tell the general populace that no laws will be enforced, and the general populace has “government” permission to go stop the riots. And see what happens.
