Woman calls police, frightened “Hero” shoots her dead

And to make her even more frightening…. She was in her Jammies. I think we all know that this degenerate is going to fall back on the old “Feared for his life” defense.   But what is wrong when the bar is higher to shoot a foreign fighter in a hostile country than to gun down an  American citizen?     Don’t think for a minute that you are safe in the presence of a cop. Your life is in danger any time you have contact with LEO. They are cowards and  will shoot at anything that frightens them. That means you, your dog, your cat or some woman in her pajamas. Just remember that it is we, the people who give them this authority. Remember that it is us who pay them, us who elect the Sheriffs and us who elect the politicians that make appointments.   Think you live in a free country? Think again. You live in a police state and will continue to do so as long as you condone what they do.   By not doing anything, you condone what they do. The time to resist is coming. When it is your time, do your part.

“MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — A woman who called 911 to report a possible sexual assault was shot and killed by a police officer late Saturday night in an incident that is drawing worldwide attention, reports say.

The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports sources with knowledge of the shooting say Justine Damond, 40, of Sydney, Australia, was in her pajamas and talking to the driver of the patrol car when the officer in the passenger seat drew his weapon and shot Damond through the door of the vehicle.

The officers’ body cameras were turned off at the time of the shooting. No weapons were found at the scene.

An autopsy shows Damond, formerly Justine Ruszczyk, died of a wound to her abdomen, CNN reports.”

Welcome to Florida: Pinellas deputy resigns after investigation reveals racist, pornographic content on phone

Yes that’s right: It’s only a few bad apples. And really, they are not racist at all.   That is why if you go to Google, Put in the search term “Officer arrested” and hit ” news”, hundreds of recent results pop up.     It is amazing what these heroes in blue are up to. Besides porn and racism they are being picked up for assault, battery, rape, child rape, robbery and even murder.  Don’t believe me? Go ahead and search for yourself.   You will find that when I post my “Hero of the week” segments there is no funny business concerning the amount of arrests.    This is what happens when you seek out people who want to have power over others.  No one just wakes up one morning and says” I want to wear a badge and a gun and exercise control over my fellow man”.     It is who these people are; And it does not make for good people. It makes for people who feel that they have a sense of entitlement. It  makes for people who have more in common with bullies and wife beaters than with your average person.      We do not need a police force full of domestic warriors terrorizing our streets.  We need public servants who are honored to do their only duty which is to serve and protect.    As long as the current trend in hiring continues this is only going to get worse. We now live in a defacto police state and serious change must happen or our very freedom is is gone.

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A Pinellas County deputy has resigned after offensive content was found on his personal cell phone during a separate investigation into an alleged extramarital affair with a corrections deputy.

Shawn Pappas, 46, was employed with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office for 10 years before he resigned at the end of February. He became a corporal approximately 3 years ago.

The content on his phone was racist, sexist and pornographic in nature. There were dozens of pornographic photos of women and offensive memes that were sent and received while Pappas was both on and off duty.

One of the memes mocked the Women’s March in D.C. and said “In one day, Trump got more fat women out walking, than Michelle Obama did in 8 years.

Another showed a white child next to a monkey and reads “Stop Racism, black children and white children are the same.”

There were also memes sent that mocked people with Down Syndrome, gay men and American Indians.

Investigators also discovered videos Pappas made while on duty.

When Pappas was confronted about the content, he resigned from the Sheriff’s Office. Investigators say they would have fired him, had he not resigned.

Five Inglewood cops who killed unconscious couple fired

Surely when the truth comes out we will find out that they all feared for their life and they will be vindicated.  Maybe, knowing that they were sleeping in a bad neighborhood, the couple had painted eyeballs on their eyelids with marker. How else can you explain the volley of bullets unleashed by these fearless heroes in blue?     But on a serious note ; How is it that in a war zone in a foreign country, our soldiers have a much higher standard to shoot someone than does a LEO in our own country? In Afghanistan, simply “Fearing for your life” does not qualify  a U.S soldier to murder someone. That person, that potential foreign “Enemy combatant” in a war zone must actually have a weapon in his hands at the time of the shooting.     This is a real and present problem and it endangers every citizen who has an encounter with a “Hero” in blue. Make no mistake that every single encounter with Law enforcement could end fatally whether or not you co-operate with them.  Think I am exaggerating? Then read on. I have compiled here on these pages a body of work that firmly refutes the oft quoted “A few bad apples”. Do you Think that you are safe when you see cherries behind you on a desolate highway? Again, I challenge you to read what is on the pages compiled here.      Stay safe America and don’t get pulled over….. Or fall asleep.

“The five Inglewood police officers who fatally shot a young couple, firing 20 bullets into them as they appeared to be unconscious in a parked car, are no longer police officers in the city, Mayor James T. Butts said Tuesday.

The announcement marked the end of an internal probe of the Feb. 21, 2016, slayings of Marquintan Sandlin and Kisha Michael, but it offered scant information about the incident, which has stoked protest and calls for greater transparency in the Inglewood Police Department.

The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office is continuing to investigate the shooting.

“The officers involved in the incident are no longer members of the Inglewood Police Department,” Butts said in his statement. “The department’s report and any discipline that results from the report are confidential.”

Butts said the internal investigation into the fatal shooting of Sandlin, 32, and Michael, 31, was completed on Friday. His statement did not specify the number of officers or whether they were fired or had resigned.

The mayor’s spokeswoman, Jasmyne Cannick, later said that the five officers were “separated from service” after firing their weapons during the encounter with Sandlin and Michael.

All five held the rank of police officer, and four had been with the Inglewood Police Department for two years or less. One had been with the department for five years, Cannick said.

Cannick said the mayor was unable to comment further.

Although Butts did not name the officers, they were previously identified by the city, which initially refused, after a public records request. The five officers involved in the shooting were identified as Michael Jaen, Richard Parcella, Jason Cantrell, Sean Reidy and Andrew Cohen.”

Lying cop fakes body cam footage; Prosecutors drop charges

Believe me when I say this; You are never safe when you have an encounter with LEO. They will lie, cheat, steal and make fake body cam videos to prosecute you. It is not the gun nor the badge that makes them dangerous. It is the man. It is the type of person who chooses to control others as a career.    According to a study by the women’s advocate group, the Purple Berets, cops are 4 times more likely to commit domestic violence and six times less likely to be prosecuted than the average citizen. So remember this the next time you get pulled over. You are in danger; Don’t be fooled by the uniform. Not all abusers wear wife beaters.

“Prosecutors in Pueblo, Colorado are dropping felony drug and weapon-possession charges after an officer involved in the case said he staged body cam footage so he could walk “the courts through” the vehicle search that led to the arrest.

The development means that defendant Joseph Cajar, 36, won’t be prosecuted on allegations of heroin possession and of unlawful possession of a handgun. The evidence of the contraband was allegedly found during a search of Cajar’s vehicle, which was towed after he couldn’t provide an officer registration or insurance during a traffic stop. Officer Seth Jensen said he found about seven grams of heroin and a .357 Magnum in the vehicle at the tow yard. But the actual footage of the search that he produced in court was a reenactment of the search, the officer told prosecutors.

Cajar’s attorney said the development, which comes as more and more police agencies are deploying body cams, is a disturbing use of technology.

“Everyone who looked at the video believed it was in-time documentation of what actually happened,” lawyer Joe Koncilja told Ars. The video, he said, shows the officer is “surprised by the fact that he found the gun. It’s tampering with evidence.” The video was shown in court during a March preliminary hearing where a judge found sufficient evidence to prosecute Cajar.

The Pueblo Police Department has opened an internal investigation into the body cam incident.

The alleged police misconduct surfaced after the local prosecutor texted Jensen to make sure his report matched the body cam footage.

According to the Pueblo Chieftan:

Jensen replied back, saying, “For the search, the body cam shows different than the report because it was. Prior to turning my body cam on I conducted the search. Once I found the (expletive referring to evidence), I stepped back, called (a fellow officer), then activated my body cam and walked the courts through it.”

Heroes of the week: Deputies pair with disgraced ex cop to distribute Marijuana

Marijuana, Meth and a multitude of crimes. It’s a good these these “Few bad apples” were taken off of the street . Now we have nothing to worry about, right? I am sure that they are going to throw all the cases out that these degenerates testified on, right?      Unfortunately it is no on both of those questions.  According to an internal survey conducted by the police themselves, 46% of cops have witnessed malfeasance by other cops and did…….Wait for it…..Nothing.    That’s right, it is just a few bad apples. You need to remember this the next time you have contact with LEO. Whether on a dark highway or listening to them testify in court. Hero is earned, not a color you wear.

Two former Kern County deputies have admitted their involvement in a corruption scandal involving a former Bakersfield police detective.

Derrick Penney and Logan August are each scheduled to plead guilty May 15 at the federal courthouse in downtown Fresno to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana.

The maximum sentence for the crime is five years in federal prison and a fine, but prosecutors will recommend a lesser sentence as part of the deal. Judge Lawrence O’Neill is not bound to follow the recommendation, but he did give lighter sentences to Damacio Diaz and Patrick Mara last year. Diaz and Mara, each former Bakersfield Police detectives, faced similar charges, though with higher maximums.

Court documents obtained Wednesday say that 10 times in 2014 August stole marijuana seized during sheriff raids. He gave the marijuana to a former confidential informant to sell and then received a $15,000 cut of the sales.

Between June 2014 and October 2014, Penney conspired with August, his informant, former Bakersfield police detective Patrick Mara and others to steal and sell marijuana that they took from a locked evidence storage facility. Penney profited $1,200, according to his signed statement of facts.

Public records obtained through Transparent California indicate that the two deputies each earned at or near $200,000 in pay and benefits during the year of their crimes.

Heroes of the week – 5/3/17 cops arrested for rape, child porn, violence etc.

We are back for another edition of our heroes in blue and their malfeasance on the public dime. These supposed public servants could really give the criminals they are supposed to be after some really good lessons in general dirt baggery.    The only difference between these uniformed criminals and the ones who wear wife beaters is that you don’t have to worry about one of them pulling you over on a dark highway.

So, they looked at this guy and thought he was A-okay. No alarms or whistles when he was interviewed. And why was that?  Because it is who they are. They are a personality type and are one and the same. Think you are above the law? Good, You are one of us. Of course when they get busted they can no longer cover and have to cut them free. This is the caliber of the individuals that choose this type of employ. No one just wakes up one morning and says ” I want to control people for a living”  Best of luck to you the next time you get pulled over. You never know who is behind that badge and gun.

“MEMPHIS, TENN (localmemphhis.com) – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained an indictment for a former police officer who is now facing charges of Theft and Official Misconduct.

At the request of 22nd District Attorney General Brent Cooper, TBI Agents began investigating Robert Jason Gann in January.

During the investigation, Agents developed information that, while a police officer for the Waynesboro Police Department, Gann pawned two department-issued weapons in Lawrenceburg on several occasions.

The final time Gann pawned the handgun, the investigation revealed he did not pick it up, and it was eventually sold by the pawn shop.

Gann resigned his job with the police department before information about this incident surfaced and took a job at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department.

That agency’s leaders subsequently terminated his employment when it learned of the accusations involving Gann.”
