Talk about a Dept. that is rife with scumbags. Any time you google “Hernando county deputy arrested” you get a hit. The list is endless, from sexual assault to a guy burning a kids genitals as punishment. It seems that Hernando has a knack for hiring the nothing but the best. If you get pulled over in Hernando county Florida you should really wonder who the guy with gun and handcuffs really is

HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – A former Hernando County deputy was arrested for sexual battery after coercing a victim to have sexual relations with him, the sheriff’s office said. 

According to investigators, the former deputy, 30-year-old Zachary Carter, was in uniform and on duty during two different occasions earlier this year. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said Carter indicated that the victim would face arrest for failing to comply. 

A lengthy criminal investigation began, and Carter resigned from the sheriff’s office once he was notified of the investigation. The former deputy worked with the sheriff’s office from 2018 to 2022 and had no previous disciplinary actions in his file, officials said.

Hero in Blue pulls gun on woman after road rage incident

This is the same guy who pulls you over on a dark highway. I am sure this is not his first incident, seeing the nature of the beast. Guess he just did it to the wrong person this time

“ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A Prince George’s County police officer accused of pointing his duty weapon at another driver while off duty in Annapolis has been charged with assault and suspended without pay, county police announced Thursday.

Cpl. James Thornley was traveling home from work in his personal vehicle on Aug. 26 and was still in uniform when the alleged incident happened, police said in a news release. No one was injured.

Charging documents state that a woman reported that a truck cut off her vehicle on Route 50 and she got out to ask “Why are you trying to kill me?” after both vehicles left the highway, The Washington Post reported. Thornley pointed a firearm at her and threatened to shoot if she didn’t get back, charging documents state.

When Annapolis police interviewed Thornley at his home, he told officers that he saw a “blue Honda” driving aggressively, charging documents said. He told police that he brandished his firearm, pointed it in her direction and told her to get away.

Thornley is being held without bond. A call to an attorney listed in Thornley’s court records seeking comment wasn’t immediately returned.

More cops risking their lives everyday

This is a blatant disregard for human dignity and human life. This thuggery is not going to stop until we stop it. In the meantime any interaction you have with LEO puts your life in jeopardy. You risk your freedom or life any time you encounter a group of these thugs on the streets. Think I’m kidding ? Browse through this website for a while. Go to the search bar here and put in “Rape”; It gives whole new meaning to stop resisting. It is time to start fighting this thuggery on every level. As a society we need to have zero tolerance for jack booted bullies and bandits preying upon us. And don’t forget that it is not just the cops. They are the revenue arm of the “Justice” system. Without cops, high paid judges don’t get their check. Prosecutors, states attorneys and defense attorneys all lose their incomes without the heroes in blue bringing people into the system. The corporate jail system in this nation, which is worth mega Billion dollars, can’t profit and prosper if cops aren’t putting fresh fines and dollar bills in handcuffs and bringing them in. Enough is enough and the time is now to bring full scale resistance against the police state. If we can’t stop this now then we are destined to live in fear and subjugation in Perpetuity.

It should be real simple to accomplish police reform; Turn off your body cam and get a free ride to jail in your own squad car.    Every cop in the country should be required to wear one and to turn it off should be a felony. The body cam footage should be public record and immediately available for review without edit. It is about time that our out of control “Public servants” be brought back into control by those who supply their paychecks.

“A Queens cop is facing a misconduct charge after a shady gun arrest during a car stop, according to cops and police sources.

Police Officer Kevin Martin, 43, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Thursday and cut free with a desk appearance ticket for official misconduct and tampering with evidence, according to police and prosecutors.

Police sources say the charges stem from a car stop where the cop claimed to have found an illegal firearm — but when he pulled the vehicle over his body-worn camera wasn’t rolling.

Martin later turned the camera on, showing him pull the gun from the car, but the time didn’t match up to the stop, according to the sources.

“We commend the Internal Affairs Bureau, in partnership with the Queens District Attorney’s Office, for a thorough investigation,” the NYPD said in a statement. “The internal investigation is ongoing and the officer’s current duty status is suspended without pay. We have no further comment.”

“There are new details in the arrest of two Fort Pierce police officers who face charges after a patient was beaten at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

Court records reveal efforts to cover up what happened inside a hospital room that included turning off their body cameras.

Now, a Fort Pierce city leader is calling for stricter rules.

On Feb. 20, surveillance video inside the hospital recorded the moments officer Albert Eckrode slapped and punched a patient, who investigators say was intoxicated and using racial slurs toward a black female officer Monica Frederic.

Court records reveal every officer in the room turned off their body cameras.

“So, had it not been for the recording in Lawnwood, we wouldn’t know to this day what happened,” said Fort Pierce Commissioner Reggie Sessions.

Investigators said officer Eckrode was provoking the patient to keep using the n-word. And before throwing punches, records show Eckrode checked that each officer had their camera off.”

 

Frederic told investigators she “should have known something was going to happen when Officer Eckrode asked if their cameras were activated.”

Frederic is charged for lying in her report about what happened and also showing her summary of events to Officer Eckrode before submitting it.

Investigators said she lied that Eckrode was spit on and kicked by the patient, provoking the beating. They also said that she tried to get another officer to tell the same story.

She also is accused of making a second report, saying that didn’t actually happen.

Eckrode is also accused of telling the same lie in his report.

“When you have those type of officers who just saying, ‘to hell with the rules and the regulations, I’m going to cover it up,’ like what happened here, that needs to be handled,” said Sessions.

Sessions worries too often body cameras aren’t catching criminal activity.”

The old adage, a few bad apples spoils the bunch, has been shown to be true

Now that rotten bunch is responsible for America’s cities burning with the fire of righteous rage

This is about color alright

But not about black or white

This is about blue and the color of law

This is about the privilege and immunity from justice that comes simply by being a “sworn officer of the court”

This is about The ability to abuse, bully and even kill those that they are sworn to serve and protect without repercussion because they are able to lie and be believed

This is about bad cops in general, Guys Like Officer Dustin Mormando from Hernando county Fl. Who not only lies, but also tries to shake down his victims for money on the road side

This is about Bad cops like Emmanuel Tsongranis,  a Florida fish and wildlife officer who will lie under oath in a court, contradicting his previous testimony and then bend the law in front of a crooked Judge to get his way

This is about all of these bad apples and the very tree that they grow upon

And now, that tree has grown so large and so crooked that all of those bad apples

Bushel after bushel, are loosed upon the streets of America

That rotten fruit, grown from crooked and misshapen branches

Are finally running into justice

“LOS ALAMOS COUNTY, New Mexico — Sporting an orange shirt and striped pants issued by the Los Alamos County Detention Center, Rio Arriba County Sheriff James Lujan was arraigned and released from custody Friday, after being arrested the day prior for failing to comply with a search warrant.

Española police and Taos County deputies arrested Lujan when he refused to unlock a cellphone officers believe was used while Lujan obstructed an active SWAT standoff in March.

The arraignment was moved to Los Alamos after both magistrate judges in Rio Arriba County recused themselves.

Los Alamos Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados said Lujan would be released on his own recognizance. Under his conditions for release, Lujan is not allowed to possess a firearm, consume any alcoholic beverage or enter a liquor establishment.

However, Lujan and his attorney Nathaniel Thompkins said the sheriff would need his gun while still working as the head law enforcement official in Rio Arriba.

“I understand that you are an officer,” Casados said. “It does worry me, but I’m going to put that you can have a weapon only at work.”

Casados also said Lujan could enter a liquor establishment if required to do so while working as a law enforcement official.

Ninth Judicial District Attorney Andrea Reeb, who will prosecute Lujan in a separate obstruction case in district court, said she was not surprised that Lujan was allowed to keep his firearm, but that most police officers would have been put on administrative leave and had their gun confiscated.

She also said it’s unclear exactly when Lujan would be off duty, since many sheriffs are on-call at all hours.

State Attorney General Hector Balderas appointed Reeb to prosecute the case against Lujan after 1st Judicial District Attorney Marco Serna recused himself. Balderas also granted Reeb the authority to prosecute any charges stemming from Thursday’s arrest.

Reeb said she will file to combine the charges, meaning Lujan will face three charges of resisting and obstructing officers.

So far, five of the eight judges in the 1st Judicial District Court have recused themselves from overseeing Lujan’s case. ”

“A Mississippi police officer accused of soliciting a 16-year-old girl for sex was identified by the victim’s attorney Tuesday and later ordered to stay away from the accuser and her family, officials said

A Jackson police officer was arrested Saturday and charged with exploitation of a minor, news outlets reported.

On Monday, the Jackson Police Department said a patrolman was arrested and later placed on administrative leave. The department hasn’t identified the officer nor has it released details regarding the case. A mugshot of the officer wasn’t released.

A May 9 affidavit accused the officer of coercing the teen and giving her a cellphone so she could later meet with him to engage in “sexually explicit conduct,” The Clarion-Ledger reported.

The victim’s attorney, Lisa Ross, identified the officer on Tuesday. She later accused the police department of giving the officer special treatment because he was released from jail Saturday on an unsecured $50,000 bond, news outlets reported.

Police Chief James Davis responded at a separate news conference by saying the department arrested the officer once it learned of the allegations, adding that the department does not “deal with” bonds.”
