Douchebag cops at it again

I am starting to wonder if these cops are in on this

They are lighting the fuse on a shooting war

I don’t think that they can be that stupid

They would certainly be the ones to profit in a police state clamping down on civil dissent

” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies fatally shot Dijon Kizzee, a 29-year-old Black man, during a confrontation Monday afternoon in South LA, sparking protests at the scene.

The sheriff’s department says that at about 3:15 p.m. local time two deputies tried to stop Kizzee, who was riding a bicycle “in violation of vehicle codes.” When they approached him, he got off the bicycle and ran.

Sheriff’s Lt. Brandon Dean told reporters that deputies caught up to the suspect about a block away, and when they approached him, the man punched one of the deputies in the face and dropped items of clothing he had been carrying.

It was at that point deputies “noticed that inside the clothing items he dropped was a black semiautomatic handgun,” and that’s when both deputies opened fire, shooting the man “several” times, Dean said. Investigators recovered a handgun from the scene.

The man, later identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office as Kizzee, was pronounced dead at the scene; an autopsy is scheduled for later Tuesday. Neither of the deputies were injured, Dean said.

Activist Najee Ali, who is representing the family alongside attorney Ben Crump, denies that Kizzee was a threat at the time of the shooting. “Being in possession of a gun, but actually using a gun, having it in your hands are two different things,” Ali said, adding “he did not point the gun” at officers.

Who’s pulling you over? 24 Dallas cops, 72 Philly cops and 22 St.Louis cops disciplined or removed from duty after social media posts exposed.

aaeaaqaaaaaaaaweaaaajdy2n2yxodiylta0ndmtngrmos1hnmu2ltu2zdywota0yjq5yg

Please make the case that this is still “Just a few bad apples”. Read the below and then tell me that my assessment of cops is wrong.   Racist , scumbag, power mongers and bullies paid for on our dime. Not just that, they are supported by corrupt judges and prosecutors who profit off of their misdeeds.    The whole stinking system is corrupt and needs to be brought to the ground.  With groups like the plain view project (who brought this to light) and the Video age, it is going to happen sooner rather than later.     As Joe Gamaldi, Houston police union president so aptly said “We’ll be keepin’ an eye on all of Y’all”

” Researchers obtained rosters of police officers and then looked them up on Facebook, according to the project’s website.

After examining the profiles to confirm they belonged to police officers, they reviewed public posts and comments to see if they would “undermine public trust and confidence in police.”

So far, two police departments, one sheriff’s office and one circuit attorney’s office have announced they are taking action:

Dallas

On Thursday, Dallas Police Sgt. Warren Mitchell announced the department was conducting an internal investigation as a result of The Plain View Project, “to determine if the officers violated the Department’s Social Media Policy, or any other departmental policy.”

Mitchell said the department is working with the project’s founder to obtain the list of names and posts by employees connected to Dallas police. The internal inquiry’s findings will be made public, Mitchell said.

“We take these matters seriously and we want to ensure the community that we will not tolerate racism, bigotry or hatred of any kind in our organization.”

Philadelphia

Philadelphia police said it had taken 72 police officers off the street and placed them on administrative duty pending an internal investigation into posts that included Confederate imagery, anti-Muslim sentiments, violent rhetoric and racist comments.

An independent law firm is assisting in the investigation, per Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross. Each post will be examined to see if the speech is constitutionally protected by the First Amendment, he said. If it is found to be protected, “no further action will be taken.”

The department will also review its social media policies and consult the Anti-Defamation League.

The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5’s President John McNesby said in a statement that the officers “are entitled to due process just like any other citizen.”

“Far too many officers have been taken off the street during a time of increased violence in our city,” he added.

St. Louis

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s office announced 22 officers would be barred from bringing their cases to her office as a result of posts that came to light in the Plain View Project.

Cases in which these officers serve as primary witnesses are not currently being prosecuted, according to spokeswoman Susan C. Ryan, but it’s unclear how many cases that affects.

“When a police officer’s integrity is compromised in this manner, it compromises the entire criminal justice system and our overall ability to pursue justice,” Gardner said in a news release.

“After careful examination of the underlying bias contained in those social media posts, we have concluded that this bias would likely influence an officer’s ability to perform his or her duties in an unbiased manner.”

A few bad apples: Florida police chief sentenced to prison after he and his Dept. framed innocent black men

Seriously, do you think that you should believe what any of them have to say? A few bad apples? My ass it is. If it were just that we wouldn’t have this unending stream of arrest material to work with. Are you surprised that they are racist liars?  Why wouldn’t they be? What incentive do they have other than the risk of getting caught? I know that I am not surprised. As a matter of fact that is why this website exists.  That’s right a lying, scumbag cop. My wife did 30 days in jail because this cop sat on the stand and perjured himself.   He lied his ass off in testimony that was in direct opposition to what he testified to earlier. 30 days for a first offense of resisting without violence. A woman who was a nurse, a social worker, a guardian Ad litem and a medic. All the judge had to say was ” Bring it up at appeal, I can’t discount the testimony of a sworn officer of the court”. A sworn officer. A lying officer, just like the chief here.     If you get called to jury duty, you remember these lying P.O.S. on this page and do the right thing. Don’t believe a word they say.

MIAMI  Nov. 27— The former police chief of a small Florida city will serve three years in prison for a conspiracy in his department to frame black men for crimes they did not commit. A federal judge in Miami imposed the sentence Tuesday on ex-Biscayne Park chief Raimundo Atesiano, who had faced a maximum 10-year sentence.

Three other former officers have also pleaded guilty in the case, which centered around efforts by Atesiano to improve his department’s crime-solving rate.

Atesiano’s lawyer says the victims were not randomly selected but were known to police as having criminal pasts. The judge allowed Atesiano to remain free for two weeks before surrendering so he can care for his mother, who is dying of leukemia, according to The Miami Herald.

“When I took the job, I was not prepared,” Atesiano told the judge, the newspaper reported. “I made some very, very bad decisions.”

Prosecutors say the crimes for which black people were falsely arrested included burglaries and vehicle break-ins.

Two ex-officers were sentenced to a year each in prison, while the third got just over two years behind bars.

Hero of the week : Cop pulls over illegal alien and rapes her

I will say it again… A person who desires the control that comes with policing have more in common with wife beaters, child molesters and rapists than they do with the ordinary citizen.       Think I am joking? Put rape or sodomy into this website’s search bar and see what pops up.  It is disgusting.  I use one case in particular as an example when the “Copsucker” that I engage in a conversation tells me that ” No one in my family disobeys the law”.   It is about a young gentleman in Alabama who is pulled over because of loud music…..

“Grand jury indicts Montgomery police officer on sex charge

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) –

A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted a Montgomery police officer on a charge of sodomy first degree.

Deonte Hamner was arrested in June after allegedly sexually assaulting a man while on duty.

According to court documents, Hamner pulled over the victim’s vehicle because of a noise complaint. Hamner then allegedly pulled a gun on the victim and forced him to perform oral sex.”

Yep, that is who is Stalking patrolling our streets. Feel safe?  Well you shouldn’t. Take a tour of the website here and see what happens when a man with a gun pulls people over on a dark highway. Sleep tight kids…..

“A Prince George’s County police officer in Maryland has been arrested on rape charges after a woman living in the United States illegally told police he pulled her over and attacked her.

Officer 1st Class Ryan Macklin, a six-year veteran of the department, was arrested on charges including rape and assault, Chief Hank Stawinski announced Monday night. The officer has been suspended without pay.

The woman told police the officer pulled her over about 1 a.m. Thursday on University Boulevard in Langley Park. Then, she said he forced her to perform a sex act in her car in a nearby parking lot.

She is an undocumented immigrant, sources told NBC Washington.”

‘I can’t breathe’: Asheville police video shows white officer beating, choking black jaywalking suspect

Another scumbag cop busted by body cam. No wonder they turn them off and mute them all the time. This is typical behavior for the boys in blue. The officer (Suspect) very non chalantly describes to his superior how he bashed him in the face with the Taser “Just about as hard as I could; That seemed to work”.     Is this freedom? When hordes of hired thugs with guns beat and assault citizens on a daily basis?  This is the utmost of tyranny when you can’t even safely walk down the street.    There is no default hero status for these thugs anymore.

“Johnnie Rush was just trying to get home from a long shift at the Cracker Barrel.

Then he got stopped for jaywalking — an encounter with the police department in Asheville, N.C., that ultimately left Rush with a bloodied face after an officer punched him multiple times, used a stun gun on him and put him in a chokehold on the ground.

On Monday, the city of Asheville released nine videos from the officers’ body-worn cameras showing the encounter and ensuing assault from various angles while Rush screamed, “Help!” and “I can’t breathe,” echoing the cry of Eric Garner, an African American who  died in 2014 after a white New York City police officer put him in an apparent chokehold during an arrest.

The officer who repeatedly struck Rush in the head, Christopher Hickman, resigned in January just before he was terminated for violating the use-of-force policy, according to city officials. He was charged in March with felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury and communicating threats for the August 2017 incident. His lawyer says he’s going to trial and that a jury will acquit him.

“What happened in these recordings is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of the Asheville Police Department, the values of the City of Asheville, or the expectations of Asheville residents,” city officials said in a written statement posted with the videos Monday. “Christopher Hickman’s actions violated the Asheville Police Department’s vision that all people are treated with dignity and respect. These actions have damaged the progress that the Asheville Police Department has made in the last several years in improving community trust.”

According to the videos, Hickman and a police officer in training, Verino Ruggerio, first spot Rush walking through the parking lot of a business, which they later describe as trespassing. Then they see him cross the street without using a crosswalk. The officers follow him to a nearby convenience store, then wait for him to buy some beer before confronting him outside the store about the alleged jaywalking. Ruggerio gave him a warning and let him go, but moments later he and Hickman say on video that they see Rush jaywalking “again and again,” which is not captured.

“Rush, Rush,” Ruggerio says, walking toward him, “I just told you. … You just committed four crimes in a row. Just because you don’t agree it’s a crime doesn’t mean it’s not a crime.”

“All I’m trying to do is go home, man,” Rush tells him, as the two go back and forth about the problem with walking in the street. “I’m tired. I just got off work.”

Ruggerio tells him he has two options: He can either arrest him or write him a ticket.

“I asked you to use the crosswalk. Why is that so hard?” Ruggerio says.

“You’re right,” Rush says. “It’s not, sir. It’s not. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. You’re right.”

Ruggerio asks Rush to look at him, but Rush says he can hear him just fine. Hickman chimes in to say, “Just write him a ticket. He wants to act like a punk.”

In a moment though, Hickman changes his mind. After Rush remarks that the cops apparently have nothing better to do than harass someone about walking, Hickman darts toward him, telling him to put his hands behind his back. When Hickman tries to grab him, Rush backs away — then starts running. He crosses the street, then apparently decides to stop fleeing as Hickman and Ruggerio approach.

“He thinks it’s funny,” Hickman says. “You know what’s funny is you’re gonna get f—– up hardcore. Get on the ground.”

4 Disabled People Dead in Another Week of Police Brutality

Police don’t need better training; they need to stop treating noncompliance as justification for violence.

Welcome to America: Cops beat and hospitalize man for driving on suspended license

So this is what freedom looks like. We have agreed as a people to fund thugs that can stop and harass us at any given moment in time. This is what freedom looks like: Being stopped, dragged out of your vehicle and beaten in the street because the state has removed your right to freely travel.   Is this really America? Is this Liberty? Is this the notion that our nation was founded on?    Please tell any one of our founding Fathers that the new Govt. won’t allow them to travel without proper licensing or they will be dragged from their carriage and beaten.    You see the point. We have to stop walking around every day pretending that we are free, because we are not.    We must live the truth and face the truth that this is not freedom. We must consciously face the fact that we live in a state of oppression and confront it.    This is not “For and by the people”. This is by the state and for the state. The consent of the governed does not extend to tyranny. The consent of the governed is being withdrawn and it is becoming more apparent every day and will continue so moving forward.   Up until now, the joke has been on us. But now the joke is over.     Buckle up.

“EUCLID, Ohio — Suburban Cleveland police have released dashcam footage of a violent arrest after witness video of the incident went viral, CBS affiliate WHIO-TV in Cleveland reports.

The Euclid Police Department released footage of the Saturday arrest on Sunday afternoon after witness video racked up thousands of views on Facebook.

In the dashcam footage, a police officer asks a black suspect to “face away” from him twice before kicking and taking the man to the ground. Two officers can be seen struggling to subdue the suspect while a woman appears to plead with the suspect. One officer begins punching the man and hitting his head against the pavement.

“He don’t got no gun on him,” the woman screams in the video. “Stop hitting him!”

“Euclid police said they will review the incident “so that the public can have a full and open understanding of the series of events that eventually led to this violent encounter.”

After footage of the arrest went viral, protesters marched on Saturday, demanding answers from police.

“There seems to be some aggression and at no time have we seen de-escalation take place,” Michael Nelson, attorney for the Cleveland NAACP, told Cleveland.com. “This particular videotape is disturbing regardless of the underlying circumstances.”
