You never know when one of these heroes might decide to stop you…….

Typical cop: Sheriff Joe Arpaio convicted of criminal contempt

Just like every other cop out there; The law applies to everyone but them. Maybe they will dress him up in a pink jump suit and let him sweat it out in the desert heat like he did to the prisoners he jailed.   What a hypocritical douche bag. I hope they slam him with the maximum sentence possible.

“The immigration policies that elevated former Sheriff Joe Arpaio to fame were the same that would ultimately lead to his political demise, and now have convicted him of a federal crime.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton found Arpaio guilty of criminal contempt of court, finding that he willfully violated a federal judge’s order.

The sentencing phase will begin Oct. 5. Arpaio faces up to six months in confinement, a sentence equivalent to that of a misdemeanor.

Bolton’s ruling follows a five-day June and July trial, in which Department of Justice prosecutors argued that the 85-year-old had intentionally flouted a federal judge’s orders halting Arpaio’s signature immigration round-ups.

The verdict is a rejection of Arpaio’s defense: That the order was unclear and that, although mistakes had been made, the violations were unintended. Willful intent is required to prove criminal, rather than civil contempt.

Arpaio issued a statement Monday saying he will appeal the ruling and will continue to press for a jury trial. “

“The evidence at trial proves beyond a reasonable doubt and the Court finds that
Judge (G. Murray) Snow issued a clear and definite order enjoining Defendant from detaining persons for further investigation without reasonable suspicion that a crime has been or is being committed; that Defendant knew of the order; and that Defendant willfully violated the order by failing to do anything to ensure his subordinates’ compliance and by directing them to continue to detain persons for whom no criminal charges could be filed,” Bolton wrote in the ruling.

“Because the Court finds that Defendant willfully violated an order of the court, it finds Defendant guilty of criminal contempt.”

Scumbag cop with 25 complaints re-hired and assigned to Airport

Go figure ” where officers who are “too often in the limelight” are sometimes sent to work”.  No wonder all the cops at the airport are douchebags. Give me a break. This piece of bully trash in blue needs to see t5he inside of a jail cell.   But you can tell by their actions that they do not care;  All they care about is his career. Not all of the citizens that he has abused. Oh that’s right “proven to be false or were Favorit’s word against the citizen’s.” But what is the word of a lying degenerate cop? Don’t think they lie? Check out this compilation from the month of June- https://deborahleejarrett.com/2017/06/22/compilation-of-lying-cops-6-22-2017/  There is no reason in the world that a cop’s word should be taken over any other person’s. They have as much , if not more incentive to prevaricate.

“After more than two dozen complaints — ranging from unprofessional behavior to excessive force — in a 3 1/2-year period, Orlando Police Officer Michael Favorit Jr. was fired in July 2016.

But he was rehired nearly a year later and is now assigned to Orlando International Airport, where officers who are “too often in the limelight” are sometimes sent to work, Chief John Mina said. Interactions at the airport are less about enforcement and more about customer service, he added.

“I think it will help his career,” Mina said, adding that the assignment will be temporary.

Hundreds of pages of police documents reveal 25 citizen complaints and police internal affairs investigations of Favorit’s behavior from 2013 to April 2016, a number the chief called high and “concerning.”

Favorit, who started at OPD five years ago, declined to comment.

Mina said there’s no average number for complaints per officer, and it often varies, depending on where the officer is assigned. But in 2016, the department looked into about 230 written complaints and conducted internal affairs investigations against the agency’s more than 700 sworn officers, about 450 of whom are first responders.

Favorit was not disciplined for any complaints until he was fired last year after an investigation concluded he and another officer went on an unauthorized chase in December 2015, then tried to cover it up. The city gave him his job back in May, after Mina said it was clear an arbitrator was likely to order the city do so with back pay.

He said Favorit was “counseled” by his superiors, had a meeting with a deputy chief and was issued a body camera. Mina said most of the complaints were minor, proven to be false or were Favorit’s word against the citizen’s.”

Video: Hero cop beats homeless black woman in store

Think about this seriously: We have given these people authority over us?

You and I have agreed to give our freedom up to armed thugs?

We the people as a nation approve of beating , killing and bullying on our streets?

I think not

The time is coming that we need to take our freedom back

We now live in a defacto police state on both the federal and the local level

We need to get the domestic warriors off of our streets and put them behind bars where they belong

Welcome to Florida: Cops unloose canine on unarmed man

It really makes you wonder what is wrong with these people. Do you have to actually pass a test to show that you are sadistic, racist and cruel to be hired on?    The stories are unending. If you can still seriously believe that this is just a few bad apples, then I have some land to sell you in Florida.     Oh yeah, just make sure you don’t get pulled over while driving. But, I guess from this story, you are not safe at home either.

– Bartow police are reviewing a claim of excessive force after a video was posted online showing a police dog being released on a man who was later charged with resisting arrest.

Marquis Wright, 21, of Bartow, was approached at his home as police tried to serve a warrant on Wright’s younger brother. Three officers are present in the video, which shows Wright on the ground.

A K9 appears to bite the man, and pictures show several places where Wright’s skin was punctured.

“He is a musician, he coaches basketball in the community, so you can’t paint him as some thuggish person that is uncivilized,” said Pastor Clayton Cowart.

But police charged Wright with resisting arrest with and without violence. They say the 50-second video doesn’t tell the whole story of the encounter that lasted several minutes.

Family says police had the wrong guy, that it was really Wright’s little brother who violated probation.

Cowart says the incident parallels what African Americans have experienced in cities around the country.

“We teach our children to go out, respect the law, do what’s right,” he said. “Well, when you do, it still happens.”

Bartow police say this incident is under review, and have met with the pastor, who is also asking for the state attorney’s office to step in.

“Those officers need to be taken out of office if they have this kind of mindset,” said Cowart. “Second, we need a continued addressing of these issues.”

Over the last year, Bartow police have been plagued by issues of race. An officer was fired for calling Barack Obama a gorilla. The chief has also been accused of firing another because he was black.

“Even in our own community, sometimes people just seem to push it by,” said Cowart. “We need to address it and say it does exist. That’s the first thing, you can’t address what you deny.

First time in 43 years: Dallas Police officer been indicted for an officer-involved shooting that resulted in death

IT’S BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN SO JUDICIOUS RIGHT? 43 YEARS ? WELL, TIMES THEY ARE A-CHANGIN’.   WELCOME TO THE VIDEO AGE

A grand jury has recommended an aggravated assault charge against a Dallas police officer who shot and killed a woman in a January confrontation involving a stolen car.

The Dallas County district attorney announced Friday that Christopher Hess was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault. The charge is related to the January shooting death of 21-year-old Genevive Dawes and is the first time in 43 years that a Dallas Police officer has been indicted for an officer-involved shooting that resulted in death.

Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson said at a press conference Friday that her office was committed to taking the case to trial and to investigating officer-involved shootings. She said her investigators did not believe there was sufficient evidence to bring a second charge against the officer because of the second passenger in the car.

Daryl Washington, a civil rights attorney representing Dawes’ family, said they were hoping for a murder charge to be brought against the officer. Washington also said the family was hoping a second charge would be brought because of the passenger, Virgilio Rosales, Dawes’ boyfriend, who was also shot at during the incident.

Washington also said Dawes was five months pregnant when she died after being struck by at least four bullets. But Johnson said Friday that Dawes was not pregnant, according to the district attorney’s office investigation.

Hess and another officer, who the grand jury did not recommend charges against, had responded to a suspicious persons call, according to police accounts. Dawes and Rosales allegedly ignored commands to get out of the car, reversed the car into a police cruiser, rammed a wooden fence and were reversing away from the fence when police fired, killing Dawes and injuring Rosales.

Washington said that account is flawed. He said the couple was sleeping about 5 a.m. in the car when police arrived. He said from the evidence he has seen, Dawes never drove the car toward the officers or tried to hit them. He also said Dawes did not know the car was stolen.

Washington said the officers fired 14 times into the car, and that he believed Hess had fired 13 of the shots.

“There were a total of 14 shots at a vehicle that was going five miles per hour,” Washington said. “I can 100 percent stand behind the fact that no officers were in danger. No officer at the time that those shots were fired, were behind that vehicle. And I feel comfortable saying that the statements given by the Dallas police officers were inaccurate.”

Johnson said she had seen the body camera footage from the incident, but could not comment on the content or what role it played in the charge.”

The hero files : Cops arrested compilation June 5 2017

Graft, corruption, rape , child porn and senseless beatings. That’s right, these are the Roid popping, road raging domestic warriors that we call our public servants.   They are heroes one and all because every day they put on a uniform and gun  and “Put their lives on the line”.   Oh that’s right , I meant to say “Put their lies on the line”. Their job is not even in the top 10 most dangerous. Cops are actually behind Landscape supervisors. That’s right, you want to find a hero? Talk to the guy in the uniform that runs the lawn crew. You are much less likely to beaten, robbed or lied about by him anyway.     Read on the list below and remember  these degenerates in blue the next time you see a cop or listen to one in court. Hero is an action…  Not a color

Five Inglewood cops who killed unconscious couple fired

module-everyday-heroes-right
Posted by Deborah Jarrett

Surely when the truth comes out we will find out that they all feared for their life and they will be vindicated.  Maybe, knowing that they were sleeping in a bad neighborhood, the couple had painted eyeballs on their eyelids with marker. How else can you explain the volley of bullets unleashed by these fearless heroes in blue?     But on a serious note ; How is it that in a war zone in a foreign country, our soldiers have a much higher standard to shoot someone than does a LEO in our own country? In Afghanistan, simply “Fearing for your life” does not qualify  a U.S soldier to murder someone. That person, that potential foreign “Enemy combatant” in a war zone must actually have a weapon in his hands at the time of the shooting.     This is a real and present problem and it endangers every citizen who has an encounter with a “Hero” in blue. Make no mistake that every single encounter with Law enforcement could end fatally whether or not you co-operate with them.  Think I am exaggerating? Then read on. I have compiled here on these pages a body of work that firmly refutes the oft quoted “A few bad apples”. Do you Think that you are safe when you see cherries behind you on a desolate highway? Again, I challenge you to read what is on the pages compiled here.      Stay safe America and don’t get pulled over….. Or fall asleep.

“The five Inglewood police officers who fatally shot a young couple, firing 20 bullets into them as they appeared to be unconscious in a parked car, are no longer police officers in the city, Mayor James T. Butts said Tuesday.

The announcement marked the end of an internal probe of the Feb. 21, 2016, slayings of Marquintan Sandlin and Kisha Michael, but it offered scant information about the incident, which has stoked protest and calls for greater transparency in the Inglewood Police Department.

The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office is continuing to investigate the shooting.

“The officers involved in the incident are no longer members of the Inglewood Police Department,” Butts said in his statement. “The department’s report and any discipline that results from the report are confidential.”

Butts said the internal investigation into the fatal shooting of Sandlin, 32, and Michael, 31, was completed on Friday. His statement did not specify the number of officers or whether they were fired or had resigned.

The mayor’s spokeswoman, Jasmyne Cannick, later said that the five officers were “separated from service” after firing their weapons during the encounter with Sandlin and Michael.

All five held the rank of police officer, and four had been with the Inglewood Police Department for two years or less. One had been with the department for five years, Cannick said.

Cannick said the mayor was unable to comment further.

Although Butts did not name the officers, they were previously identified by the city, which initially refused, after a public records request. The five officers involved in the shooting were identified as Michael Jaen, Richard Parcella, Jason Cantrell, Sean Reidy and Andrew Cohen.”

Off duty cop directing traffic fires into van full of children

And who would have guessed? The cowardly scumbag lied about the incident to try and justify it. He tried to use the old “Feared for his life” on a van full of children.     What a hero this guy is. The report states that he ran along side of the van and shot after it went around him. That’s right; he was pissed because the van didn’t stop and went around him.  This is the caliber of person you get who chooses a job controlling others at gun point.    Remember this guy the next time you hear a cop giving testimony. Chances are he is most likely to be the one telling lies.

ATLANTA – Channel 2 Action News has confirmed the Atlanta police officer who opened fire on a man driving a van behind the Georgia Dome has been fired for using excessive force.

Channel 2’s Nefertiti Jaquez has obtained documents that show Sgt. Mathieu Cadeau’s has been terminated from the department.

“The reality is, the physical evidence doesn’t lie,” attorney Shean Williams told Jaquez after reviewing the documents confirming Cadeau’s termination.

Williams represents Noel Hall, of North Carolina, who was shot by Cadeau while driving his van out of a motocross event at the Georgia Dome in February.

“The law is clear. You cannot fire. You cannot fire a deadly weapon without your life or someone’s life being in danger,” Williams said.

Jaquez spoke on the phone Thursday night  to Hall, who said he was pleased to hear Cadeau had been removed from the force.

“Extremely happy, I think it’s the first step in justice,” Hall said. “What would make him think I was trying to accelerate at him with kids and grandkids in the car?”

According to the documents, Cadeau was working an off-duty job directing traffic along Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard that night.

He told investigators he shot at Hall’s van because, “I was in fear of my safety, the safety of other traffic personnel and the pedestrians.”

“The driver looked away and then made a hard left turn with high acceleration,” Cadeau said in his report.

“If his life was in danger he would have emptied a clip in me, he wouldn’t have just shot one time,” Hall told Jaquez.

Investigators didn’t think Cadeau’s story added up.

They said he was standing near the driver’s side window when he fired at the van so he was never in danger of being hit by Hall.

They also interviewed a witness who said, “As the driver drove around the two officers, one officer ran alongside the van and ‘popped a shot off.'”

“There is no reasonable excuse for what happened,” Williams said.

Jaquez went to Cadeau’s home for comment, but no one was there.

Documents indicate that Cadeau was notified of the firing May 8, which will become effective on Friday.

Sources close to this case told Jaquez that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office is now investigating whether criminal charges should be brought against Cadeau.
