Douchebag cops at it again

I am starting to wonder if these cops are in on this

They are lighting the fuse on a shooting war

I don’t think that they can be that stupid

They would certainly be the ones to profit in a police state clamping down on civil dissent

” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies fatally shot Dijon Kizzee, a 29-year-old Black man, during a confrontation Monday afternoon in South LA, sparking protests at the scene.

The sheriff’s department says that at about 3:15 p.m. local time two deputies tried to stop Kizzee, who was riding a bicycle “in violation of vehicle codes.” When they approached him, he got off the bicycle and ran.

Sheriff’s Lt. Brandon Dean told reporters that deputies caught up to the suspect about a block away, and when they approached him, the man punched one of the deputies in the face and dropped items of clothing he had been carrying.

It was at that point deputies “noticed that inside the clothing items he dropped was a black semiautomatic handgun,” and that’s when both deputies opened fire, shooting the man “several” times, Dean said. Investigators recovered a handgun from the scene.

The man, later identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office as Kizzee, was pronounced dead at the scene; an autopsy is scheduled for later Tuesday. Neither of the deputies were injured, Dean said.

Activist Najee Ali, who is representing the family alongside attorney Ben Crump, denies that Kizzee was a threat at the time of the shooting. “Being in possession of a gun, but actually using a gun, having it in your hands are two different things,” Ali said, adding “he did not point the gun” at officers.

Who’s gun pulling you over? : Lying cop busted planting gun in vehicle

It should be real simple to accomplish police reform; Turn off your body cam and get a free ride to jail in your own squad car.    Every cop in the country should be required to wear one and to turn it off should be a felony. The body cam footage should be public record and immediately available for review without edit. It is about time that our out of control “Public servants” be brought back into control by those who supply their paychecks.

“A Queens cop is facing a misconduct charge after a shady gun arrest during a car stop, according to cops and police sources.

Police Officer Kevin Martin, 43, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Thursday and cut free with a desk appearance ticket for official misconduct and tampering with evidence, according to police and prosecutors.

Police sources say the charges stem from a car stop where the cop claimed to have found an illegal firearm — but when he pulled the vehicle over his body-worn camera wasn’t rolling.

Martin later turned the camera on, showing him pull the gun from the car, but the time didn’t match up to the stop, according to the sources.

“We commend the Internal Affairs Bureau, in partnership with the Queens District Attorney’s Office, for a thorough investigation,” the NYPD said in a statement. “The internal investigation is ongoing and the officer’s current duty status is suspended without pay. We have no further comment.”

Cops turned off body cameras and then lied about beating in hospital room

module-everyday-heroes-right

“There are new details in the arrest of two Fort Pierce police officers who face charges after a patient was beaten at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

Court records reveal efforts to cover up what happened inside a hospital room that included turning off their body cameras.

Now, a Fort Pierce city leader is calling for stricter rules.

On Feb. 20, surveillance video inside the hospital recorded the moments officer Albert Eckrode slapped and punched a patient, who investigators say was intoxicated and using racial slurs toward a black female officer Monica Frederic.

Court records reveal every officer in the room turned off their body cameras.

“So, had it not been for the recording in Lawnwood, we wouldn’t know to this day what happened,” said Fort Pierce Commissioner Reggie Sessions.

Investigators said officer Eckrode was provoking the patient to keep using the n-word. And before throwing punches, records show Eckrode checked that each officer had their camera off.”

Frederic told investigators she “should have known something was going to happen when Officer Eckrode asked if their cameras were activated.”

Frederic is charged for lying in her report about what happened and also showing her summary of events to Officer Eckrode before submitting it.

Investigators said she lied that Eckrode was spit on and kicked by the patient, provoking the beating. They also said that she tried to get another officer to tell the same story.

She also is accused of making a second report, saying that didn’t actually happen.

Eckrode is also accused of telling the same lie in his report.

“When you have those type of officers who just saying, ‘to hell with the rules and the regulations, I’m going to cover it up,’ like what happened here, that needs to be handled,” said Sessions.

Sessions worries too often body cameras aren’t catching criminal activity.”

A few bad apples : Tree Bearing fruit after the death of George Floyd

aaeaaqaaaaaaaaweaaaajdy2n2yxodiylta0ndmtngrmos1hnmu2ltu2zdywota0yjq5yg

The old adage, a few bad apples spoils the bunch, has been shown to be true

Now that rotten bunch is responsible for America’s cities burning with the fire of righteous rage

This is about color alright

But not about black or white

This is about blue and the color of law

This is about the privilege and immunity from justice that comes simply by being a “sworn officer of the court”

This is about The ability to abuse, bully and even kill those that they are sworn to serve and protect without repercussion because they are able to lie and be believed

This is about bad cops in general, Guys Like Officer Dustin Mormando from Hernando county Fl. Who not only lies, but also tries to shake down his victims for money on the road side

This is about Bad cops like Emmanuel Tsongranis,  a Florida fish and wildlife officer who will lie under oath in a court, contradicting his previous testimony and then bend the law in front of a crooked Judge to get his way

This is about all of these bad apples and the very tree that they grow upon

And now, that tree has grown so large and so crooked that all of those bad apples

Bushel after bushel, are loosed upon the streets of America

That rotten fruit, grown from crooked and misshapen branches

Are finally running into justice

There are so many incidents, so many deaths and so much video

That they can no longer lie their way out of it

Or hide behind blue privilege

Killing after killing after killing has been recorded

Abuse, torture, illegalities

And now

The rubber has finally hit the road

Get ready America

It’s harvest time

It is time to pluck those bad apples and purge their rot and disease from the the rest of the lot

It is time to start over

This has gone too far to change with investigations and new guide lines

This has gone too far to change with a few blithe lies and assurances from slimy politicians

This has to be the beginning of something new

Not the continuation of the same old crap attached to the empty promises of someone attached to power

The tree that bear this fruit needs to be replaced entirely

By that of Liberty

Liberty Aut Mors

A cop is a cop is a cop :Amy Klobuchar didn’t prosecute officer at center of George Floyd’s death after previous conduct complaints

“George Floyd’s death in police custody is renewing criticism of Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-Minn.) prosecutorial record.

Before she became a senator and a top contender for former Vice President Joe Biden’s vice presidential spot, Klobuchar spent eight years as the Hennepin County attorney, in charge of prosecution for Minneapolis. And while in that position, Klobuchar declined to prosecute multiple police officers cited for excessive force, and did not prosecute the officer who kneeled on Floyd’s neck as he protested, The Guardian reports.

Ex-Minneapolis police officer Derick Chauvin saw at least 10 conduct complaints during his 19-year tenure before he was fired Tuesday, according to a database that documents complaints against police”

George Floyd and the warning from Minneapolis

    c_scalefl_progressiveq_80w_800

Hey Cops, do you get it yet? Kill someone unjustly and you will pay the price; you and the community that supports you. You live in a new age and you can no longer lie or cheat your way out of it.   Go ahead, turn off your issued body cams, it won’t matter. Someone is watching you at all times, filming and  recording and there is nothing you can do.   You can try and disperse crowds, take cameras, phones and videos if you want, but the Genie is out of the bottle. Just a few short years ago the cop that killed George Floyd could have lied his way out of it. He and his buddies would have claimed that all he did was hold him down with his body and that would have been the end of it.    These are all of course, “Sworn officers of the court” and a judge would give their testimony the weight of truth.   But this is different now; The community is your judge. This is direct Democracy without all of the rigamarole that comes from operating within the system.    You have done something egregious to a member of the community and now the community is holding you and the system responsible.   Lie as you might, the camera doesn’t and you will be brought into the light of justice. Not the justice that is bought or bribed in the court system. Not the justice that is bargained by lawyers dragging bags of money. This is the justice of the righteous brought upon the sinner, the robbed hanging the thief, the wronged in just indignation striking at their tormentor.     And remember this…. You have been warned. You have brought this upon yourselves through all of your acts of criminality that the system has covered for.   But those days are gone forever. Welcome to the new world.

Covid -19 police state: Excuse for the new tyranny

Get ready for the complete and permanent abolishment of your rights. Right now it is being done under the guise of safety, but in the near future all pretensions will be gone.

Now that the pigs that feed at the troughs of power have had a taste of totalitarianism, they will not be satisfied until they gorge endlessly.

Remember… Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely

As of the first “Stay at home” order our constitutional rights have been abridged, if not entirely suspended

But here is the rub; Rights are not theirs to abridge or suspend

No more egregious thought could be promulgated by the Govt. or their denizens of so called ” Public servants”

Yet daily it is

The thought, being spread as fact, comes down the bureaucratic pipeline as smoothly as any order of the politoboro

It is almost as if tyranny has been creeping in while we were too busy prospering to notice

Creeping through the courts

Creeping through the state and local Govts.

Creeping into our lives slowly and insidiously like an opaque fog

Until finally we are enveloped and isolated in muffled darkness

We have no voice because it is illegal if we resist

Obstruction

Resistance

Violation

Obey or pay

Everything has become illegal, by some statute ordinance or order

An army has been amassed around us to enforce it

State, federal and local

Federally funded police Depts. with U.S. military supplied vehicles and weapons

Swat teams assigned and funded to almost all federal agencies

The Postal service

U.S. Fish and wildlife service

National park service

Dept. of energy

Dept. of Education

F.B.I

D.H.S.

And more

We awoke one day and were surrounded in our own country

And now the end game is here

That’s right, not tomorrow

Not maybe

Today and now

When Cops are telling people that their rights are suspended

Health Depts. are issuing decrees on whether or not you can have life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness

A local board of barely elected Commissioners suddenly feel empowered to run your life and issue bans and orders

Judges who decree however they want regardless of law flagrantly violate their office

State Govts. tell you if you can meet, go out in public, go to church or do any other thing

Yes, it has arrived

This is no state of emergency

This is a state of Tyranny

We are captives now of the police state and not obeying orders will get you arrested

It is not time now for fear

There is no place for cowardice

The future will not belong to the timid

Who’s pulling you over? : Cop who works for P.D. that refuses body cams busted on cell phone beating man 19 times in the head

Sounds like a coincidence doesn’t it ? Make sure that the cops don’t have body cams so they can lie, cheat, steal and beat the crap out of people with impunity.  But, welcome to the cell phone age because you are on camera.   People have had enough of the police state and enough of out of control cops. It is time for them to be reigned in and reminded that we not only pay their salaries, but out number them a 1000 to 1.   Smarten up bully boys because you are soon to reap the whirlwind.

“St Johns County deputy sheriff Anthony J Deleo, Jr hit Christopher Butler 19-times with his baton and kicked him in the head twice while Butler was unarmed; and Historic City News readers know this because it was captured on video taken by an alert citizen using his smartphone.  The technology for police to create their own video using body cameras has been a possibility since the early-2000’s.

Deleo’s boss, lame-duck sheriff David Shoar, withdrew Deleo’s commission today, ending his employment with the sheriff’s office. Shoar also filed a criminal complaint with the State Attorney of the 7th Judicial Circuit who will review the case and decide if the charge against Deleo will be prosecuted.  Deleo is facing a charge of aggravated battery, a second-degree felony, for his use of force against Christopher Butler during the December 29th traffic stop.

Two other deputies who were involved in the incident, Joseph McGinnis and Patrick Ponticello, were placed on paid administrative leave after the video surfaced. Those deputies will not face criminal charges, according to Shoar; but their actions are still being investigated by internal affairs. The trooper who pulled Butler over and used his Taser on him was not disciplined, according to televised reports from an unnamed spokesman with the Florida Highway Patrol.

Butler’s lawyer, Attorney John Phillips, said he is looking into filing suit against the sheriff’s office, as well as the deputies involved. He claims that the lack of camera, particularly with St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office that refuses body cams, and the lack of video oversight, is an attempt to gain immunity.

In a public statement from Phillips, he said that he hopes more arrests are not coming.  “We hope reform is coming.  This is the first step towards justice. If you have information or have been abused by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, please come forward.”

Shoar made a front-page splash recently accompanied by his delegate, St Augustine Beach police chief Robert Hardwick (who is concurrently Robert Hardwick candidate for sheriff).  Both men and St Augustine City Police Chief Barry Fox arrogantly proclaimed that body cameras, which monitor an officer’s activity during a shift, invade personal privacy, come at a high cost, and lack sufficient accuracy.”

Shoar fires deputy caught beating an unarmed man on camera that he and Chief Hardwick say they won’t use
