A cop is a cop is a cop :Amy Klobuchar didn’t prosecute officer at center of George Floyd’s death after previous conduct complaints

“George Floyd’s death in police custody is renewing criticism of Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-Minn.) prosecutorial record.

Before she became a senator and a top contender for former Vice President Joe Biden’s vice presidential spot, Klobuchar spent eight years as the Hennepin County attorney, in charge of prosecution for Minneapolis. And while in that position, Klobuchar declined to prosecute multiple police officers cited for excessive force, and did not prosecute the officer who kneeled on Floyd’s neck as he protested, The Guardian reports.

Ex-Minneapolis police officer Derick Chauvin saw at least 10 conduct complaints during his 19-year tenure before he was fired Tuesday, according to a database that documents complaints against police”

Who’s pulling you over ? : Jackson Cop arrested for soliciting sex from 16 Yr. old, released without bond and on paid leave

pervert

Who wants power and control over others? Who chooses a career that allows them to be an authority figure?    Who has more in common with bullies, wife beaters and child molesters?       That’s right, your neighborhood hero in blue. Remember that the next time you get pulled over on a dark highway.

“A Mississippi police officer accused of soliciting a 16-year-old girl for sex was identified by the victim’s attorney Tuesday and later ordered to stay away from the accuser and her family, officials said

A Jackson police officer was arrested Saturday and charged with exploitation of a minor, news outlets reported.

On Monday, the Jackson Police Department said a patrolman was arrested and later placed on administrative leave. The department hasn’t identified the officer nor has it released details regarding the case. A mugshot of the officer wasn’t released.

A May 9 affidavit accused the officer of coercing the teen and giving her a cellphone so she could later meet with him to engage in “sexually explicit conduct,” The Clarion-Ledger reported.

The victim’s attorney, Lisa Ross, identified the officer on Tuesday. She later accused the police department of giving the officer special treatment because he was released from jail Saturday on an unsecured $50,000 bond, news outlets reported.

Police Chief James Davis responded at a separate news conference by saying the department arrested the officer once it learned of the allegations, adding that the department does not “deal with” bonds.”

Covid -19 police state: Excuse for the new tyranny

Get ready for the complete and permanent abolishment of your rights. Right now it is being done under the guise of safety, but in the near future all pretensions will be gone.

Now that the pigs that feed at the troughs of power have had a taste of totalitarianism, they will not be satisfied until they gorge endlessly.

Remember… Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely

As of the first “Stay at home” order our constitutional rights have been abridged, if not entirely suspended

But here is the rub; Rights are not theirs to abridge or suspend

No more egregious thought could be promulgated by the Govt. or their denizens of so called ” Public servants”

Yet daily it is

The thought, being spread as fact, comes down the bureaucratic pipeline as smoothly as any order of the politoboro

It is almost as if tyranny has been creeping in while we were too busy prospering to notice

Creeping through the courts

Creeping through the state and local Govts.

Creeping into our lives slowly and insidiously like an opaque fog

Until finally we are enveloped and isolated in muffled darkness

We have no voice because it is illegal if we resist

Obstruction

Resistance

Violation

Obey or pay

Everything has become illegal, by some statute ordinance or order

An army has been amassed around us to enforce it

State, federal and local

Federally funded police Depts. with U.S. military supplied vehicles and weapons

Swat teams assigned and funded to almost all federal agencies

The Postal service

U.S. Fish and wildlife service

National park service

Dept. of energy

Dept. of Education

F.B.I

D.H.S.

And more

We awoke one day and were surrounded in our own country

And now the end game is here

That’s right, not tomorrow

Not maybe

Today and now

When Cops are telling people that their rights are suspended

Health Depts. are issuing decrees on whether or not you can have life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness

A local board of barely elected Commissioners suddenly feel empowered to run your life and issue bans and orders

Judges who decree however they want regardless of law flagrantly violate their office

State Govts. tell you if you can meet, go out in public, go to church or do any other thing

Yes, it has arrived

This is no state of emergency

This is a state of Tyranny

We are captives now of the police state and not obeying orders will get you arrested

It is not time now for fear

There is no place for cowardice

The future will not belong to the timid

Who’s pulling you over? : Cop who works for P.D. that refuses body cams busted on cell phone beating man 19 times in the head

Sounds like a coincidence doesn’t it ? Make sure that the cops don’t have body cams so they can lie, cheat, steal and beat the crap out of people with impunity.  But, welcome to the cell phone age because you are on camera.   People have had enough of the police state and enough of out of control cops. It is time for them to be reigned in and reminded that we not only pay their salaries, but out number them a 1000 to 1.   Smarten up bully boys because you are soon to reap the whirlwind.

“St Johns County deputy sheriff Anthony J Deleo, Jr hit Christopher Butler 19-times with his baton and kicked him in the head twice while Butler was unarmed; and Historic City News readers know this because it was captured on video taken by an alert citizen using his smartphone.  The technology for police to create their own video using body cameras has been a possibility since the early-2000’s.

Deleo’s boss, lame-duck sheriff David Shoar, withdrew Deleo’s commission today, ending his employment with the sheriff’s office. Shoar also filed a criminal complaint with the State Attorney of the 7th Judicial Circuit who will review the case and decide if the charge against Deleo will be prosecuted.  Deleo is facing a charge of aggravated battery, a second-degree felony, for his use of force against Christopher Butler during the December 29th traffic stop.

Two other deputies who were involved in the incident, Joseph McGinnis and Patrick Ponticello, were placed on paid administrative leave after the video surfaced. Those deputies will not face criminal charges, according to Shoar; but their actions are still being investigated by internal affairs. The trooper who pulled Butler over and used his Taser on him was not disciplined, according to televised reports from an unnamed spokesman with the Florida Highway Patrol.

Butler’s lawyer, Attorney John Phillips, said he is looking into filing suit against the sheriff’s office, as well as the deputies involved. He claims that the lack of camera, particularly with St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office that refuses body cams, and the lack of video oversight, is an attempt to gain immunity.

In a public statement from Phillips, he said that he hopes more arrests are not coming.  “We hope reform is coming.  This is the first step towards justice. If you have information or have been abused by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, please come forward.”

Shoar made a front-page splash recently accompanied by his delegate, St Augustine Beach police chief Robert Hardwick (who is concurrently Robert Hardwick candidate for sheriff).  Both men and St Augustine City Police Chief Barry Fox arrogantly proclaimed that body cameras, which monitor an officer’s activity during a shift, invade personal privacy, come at a high cost, and lack sufficient accuracy.”

Beware; any contact you have with LEO can end either your life or your freedom.  Read the following and then ask the question “7 shots ?” That’s right 7 shots into a man who at the very least had his hands cuffed behind his back.    Color does not a hero make. Do not trust a man on a dark road with handcuffs and a gun, no matter what, even if he is wearing blue.    Just think about this; If anything bad happens, you get to make a complaint to a cop from his department.     What a joke these thugs are. People have had about enough from this police state and a veritable tidal wave of resistance is coming their way.   Get it while you can because the people have had enough,

“A Maryland police officer was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter after he fatally shot a man whose arms were handcuffed behind his back inside a squad car on Monday night, authorities said.

Prince George’s County Police Chief Henry Stawinski announced the charges against Cpl. Michael Owen Tuesday evening, saying that after reviewing the facts of the case the chief was unable to provide a “reasonable explanation” for the events that led to the deadly shooting of William Green.

“I have concluded that what happened last night is a crime,” Stawinski said during a press conference.”

“Officers responded to the scene in Temple Hills, south of Washington, DC, Monday night over reports that a driver had hit several vehicles, police spokesperson Christina Cotterman told reporters.

Upon identifying the driver, police said the man appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance and requested a drug recognition expert to assist them.

The driver was then cuffed with his hands behind his back and placed in the front passenger seat of the police car, which Cotterman said is standard arrest protocol. Then, the officer got into the driver’s seat.

At some point while waiting for the expert, the shooting occurred, police said.

According to Cotterman, officers attempted lifesaving measures and transported the man to a hospital, where he died.

Police initially said that independent witnesses saw or heard “a struggle of some sort” before hearing “loud bangs,” but Stawinski said Tuesday night the reports of a struggle were not corroborated.

The chief also said that despite initial reports that police said they smelled PCP and that Green was seat-belted in the cruiser when he was shot, it did not appear that the psychedelic drug was involved. The chief added he could not say with certainty that Green was seat-belted.

“I can’t understand why you had him in the car seat, seatbelt down, handcuffed, and then they shoot him? For what reason? What could he possibly do?” his mother, Brenda Green, had earlier told Fox 5 DC.

Stawinski said police believe seven shots were fired, adding that was part of the reason why police filed charges against the officer. In addition to second-degree murder and manslaughter, Owen, a 10-year veteran of the department, is facing associated weapons charges in connection with the Green’s death.”

“EATONTON, Ga. – A former Eatonton police officer arrested last week on domestic violence charges has been arrested and charged in the murder of his wife.

Michael Seth Perrault, 43, was arrested Wednesday, Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills confirmed late Wednesday evening.

His wife, 44-year-old Amanda Pardue Perrault, of 133 Long Island Drive, Eatonton was found dead of a gunshot wound at the couple’s home near Lake Oconee on Monday afternoon.

She was shot once in the head with a .380-caliber handgun, according to Sills, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The shooting, which happened in the couple’s bedroom, stemmed from a domestic argument between Amanda Perrault and her husband, Michael Perrault, then an officer with the Eatonton Police Department, Sills told reporters at his office Tuesday morning.

Sills said Monday that Michael Perrault told him that he witnessed his wife shoot herself.

After the shooting, Michael Perrault telephoned Eatonton Police Chief Kent Lawrence to report what had happened.

The police chief then called Sills to inform him.

Shortly after 1:30 p.m. deputies and Detective Lt. Harry Luke and Detective Chris Harper along with Sills arrived on the scene and discovered the victim in the bedroom.

Sills said he later made a telephone call to the GBI office in Milledgeville to request the assistance of their crime scene unit.

Just last week, Perrault, 43, was arrested at his home on misdemeanor charges of simple assault under the Georgia Family Violence Act and cruelty to children in the third degree.

A short time after being taken to the jail, Eatonton Police Chief Kent Lawrence said he placed Perrault on administrative leave without pay, pending the completion of an internal investigation.”
