Tampa cop body slams mother over tinted license plate cover, P.D. lies and covers up video

TAMPA, FL (WFLA) – It started over a tinted license plate cover. Now Tampa police officer Kevin Fitzpatrick is under investigation and the 34-year-old woman he body slammed wants justice. Not only does the Tampa Police Department have to explain what happened on this dash-cam video, both police and prosecutors need to fess up about why they claimed this video didn’t exist.

It was Nov. 5, 7:30 in the morning.  Tampa police officer Kevin Fitzpatrick claims when he approached Liz Vargas about an obscured license plate, she immediately became argumentative.

Liz Vargas

Dash-cam video captured in his cruiser shows within 34 seconds of approaching Vargas, Fitzpatrick is struggling to put handcuffs on her. Vargas is screaming for help, crying out she is being abused.  Then, Fitzpatrick body slams her.

“You know I wasn’t offensive, I wasn’t hurting him, I wasn’t you know, hit him. I’m not a person like that,” Liz Vargas said. According to officer Fitzpatrick’s report, Vargas repeatedly ignored his requests for her license and registration.

“It was in my glove compartment, I was telling him, but he was actually screaming at me he didn’t give me a chance,” she said. Fitzpatrick took Vargas into custody for obtructing a police officer and resisting arrest without violence

“She was never told, you’re being placed under arrest for X, Y, or Z, he just grabbed her arm, yanked it behind her, slammed her to the ground,” Vargas’ attorney Brett  stated. The 34 year old mother of four suffered multiple facial, shoulder and back injuries.

The next day she asked Tampa police to investigate officer Fitzpatrick.  Szematowicz asked for video of the incident.  Court records show the state and TPD said there was none. But a private investigator confirmed the tape existed.

“They lied about it,” Vargas said. The state attorney’s office told 8 On Your Side that it became aware in April, that the video existed.

What a bunch of scumbags. Remember that these are sworn officers of the court and any time they give testimony it is considered truthful.

They will take the word of these thugs and bullies over that of citizen sworn to tell the truth.

Who is more likely to be a criminal?

The accused or the cop giving testimony?

In 2000 46% of cops surveyed said that they had seen police misconduct and covered it up.

The most covered up crime?

Unwarranted violence against a person

These are real heroes we are talking about here

Think about this guy if you ever see a cop in need of assistance

Baltimore cop calls wounded suspect “Piece of shit” and shoots him in the groin

“A Baltimore police officer has been charged with attempted murder in the shooting of an unarmed burglary suspect last December, State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby and interim Police Commissioner Kevin Davis announced Wednesday.

The officer, 13-year veteran Wesley Cagle, is accused of shooting Michael Johansen, 46, in the 3000 block of E. Monument St. after he had been shot by two other officers. Cagle was charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault.

Mosby said the first two officers were justified in shooting Johansen because he refused to heed commands and made a move toward his waistband.

But Cagle “on his own initiative” came out of an alley, Mosby said, stood over Johansen, called him a “piece of [expletive]” and shot him in the groin.”

“He fell to the floor, his body partially inside of the store and his feet on the steps outside.

While Leary and Smith were covering him with their guns drawn, Mosby said, Cagle walked in and stood over him with his gun drawn. The man said to Cagle, “What did you shoot me with, a beanbag?”

According to Mosby, Cagle replied: “No, a .40-caliber, you piece of [expletive],” and fired one shot.

At the time of the incident, the Police Department said the officers fired because they believed they saw Johansen holding a “shiny object,” and that he was shot at least once in the upper torso. Police did not mention the gunshot wound to his groin area.”

And Baltimore wonders why they have riots

Let’s go back to the initial shooting

“Mosby said the first two officers were justified in shooting Johansen because he refused to heed commands and made a move toward his waistband.”

Of course he did

After all he was unarmed

Grabbing at your waistband when you don’t have a gun is a natural thing to do

I’ll believe those two when I see unedited video of it

These cops are eventually going to get what they deserve

Every single day there are more and more accounts and videos of crooked cops and citizens being gunned down

There is a veritable tidal wave of anti police sentiment building nation wide

Sooner or later it is going to come crashing down

And when it does, there is going to be hell to pay

Police searching for shooter in Thonotosassa Fl.

“THONOTOSASSA — A Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputy was shot in the leg early Thursday in a neighborhood where residents say gunshots are becoming increasingly frequent.

The shooting happened in a neighborhood of duplexes at about 12:30 a.m. and prompted a large manhunt. Police were still searching for the gunman late Thursday.

Deputy Scott Ranney, 42, and two other deputies responded to the area after a report of gunshots. The sheriff’s office said that as the deputies began searching on foot, they saw a man in front of the duplexes.

“As they began approaching that subject, the subject turned on them and fired upon all three deputies,” sheriff’s Col. Donna Lusczynski told reporters.

One of the bullets struck Ranney in the leg. The deputies returned fire, but it was not known if the gunman was hit.

The gunman fled, running between homes.”

You are going to see more and more of this as the police state attempts to clamp down

People have had enough of the thuggery and abuse

Enough of people being gunned down and beaten in the streets

Enough of the lying on reports and in court

The heroes in blue are going to respond with an even higher level of violence

But all that is going to do is escalate the situation

Buckle up everybody

We are going to be going for a ride

Police chief pleads guilty after embezzling car with vanity plates that read “Ncustody”

Facing a hung jury,  King City police chief pleads no contest.

Posted: Wednesday, July 29, 2015 6:30 pm

After a three-week trial and two days of deliberations, a jury was unable to reach a decision in the case of Nick Baldiviez, the retired King City police chief who was arrested in a February 2014 sweep.

Faced with the prospect of a whole new trial, Baldiviez reached a plea deal with prosecutors. Wednesday afternoon, he pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts, one for embezzlement of a police car and one of obstruction of justice for lying to investigators.

Baldiviez was on trial for charges of felony embezzlement and felony perjury.

He will be back in court Sept. 16 for sentencing, and faces up to two years in jail.

Baldiviez became the sixth of seven people arrested in King City on Feb. 25, 2014 to agree to a plea deal. Officer Bobby Carrillo is still on target to go to trial, with a court appearance scheduled for Aug. 11.

At issue in Baldiviez’s case was whether he signed DMV paperwork transferring a King City police car from the city to Police Officer Mario Mottu, Sr.

Investigators found the souped-up police car with Lamborghini doors and a custom paint job (that had Mottu’s name painted in elaborate script) in Mottu’s garage.

He’s invested some $6,000 of his own money on the paint job, rims and vanity plates that read “NCUSTODY.”

Mottu pleaded no contest to two counts of embezzlement, one felony and one misdemeanor, for accepting the police car. ”

This is the moral character of the “Heroes in blue”

Remember this guy the next time a cop is trying to get moral with you

Remember this guy when you go to tell your kid who the cops are

Remember this guy if you are ever on a jury and hear a cop’s testimony

These people are liars, abusers and thugs

Remember this guy if you ever see a cop giving someone a hard time

Make sure that any encounter you have with them you are aware of who they are and that you are in danger

Film them at all times or they will lie

But most of all remember this:

As long as they go safely home at night

Everything is all right

Cop gets pistol whipped, bystanders take photos

“It all started when the detective, driving an unmarked car, pulled over Janard Shamar Cunningham for a traffic violation. Cunningham was told to stay in his car while the detective waited on a marked patrol car to come to the scene. However, Cunningham ignored this order, exited his vehicle and attacked the officer. At some point during the altercation, Cunningham gained control of the officer’s handgun. He then used it to repeatedly strike the officer in the head until he was unconscious.

Cunningham fled the scene, but police tracked down his vehicle and setup a perimeter around an entire neighborhood while the US Marshals used tracking dogs to find Cunningham. He was arrested without incident.”

My last post was about cops not doing anything when another cop was misbehaving

This time the shoe is on the other foot

Citizens not doing anything while a cop is pistol whipped

I wonder why they didn’t help him?

After all he is a hero, Right?

I am sure that he never stomped on anyone’s rights

But I guess the onlookers didn’t see it that way

I guess they figured that he was an abusive scumbag that deserved whatever was dished out to him

I wonder what would make them think that?

A few bad apples? 46% of cops admit to witnessing misconduct by other cops

Here are some facts about the heroes and their code of silence.

“The sampling of current officers was comprised of 2,698 fulltime officers from twenty-one different states. A total 1,116 of the 2,657 officers asked to complete a confidential questionnaire, did so. This equates to a response rate of 42 percent. An additional forty-one officers provided confidential interviews. The following facts were revealed.

  • In response to “Please describe the first time you witnessed misconduct by another employee but took no action,” 46 percent (532) advised they had witnessed misconduct by another employee, but concealed what they knew.
  • In response to the question “At the time of the incident occurred, what did you think would happen if you revealed what had taken place?” the five reasons listed most often were: I would be ostracized (177 times); the officer who committed the misconduct would be disciplined or fired (88 times); I would be fired from my job (73 times); I would be “blackballed” (59 times); the administration would not do anything even if I reported it. (54 times)
  • 73 percent of the individuals pressuring officers to keep quiet about the misconduct were leaders.
  • Eight percent (40) of the 509 officers who admitted to intentionally withholding the information about officer misconduct were upper administrators. The upper administrators of the average American police department comprises only five percent of the agency.
  • The average age of an officer who covered up an incident for the first time was 31.4 years of age.
  • The average years of experience when they first took part in the Code of Silence was 8.2 years.
  • 449 of the 532 officers were male, while 74 were female.
  • Of the 532 who confessed they had participated in the Code of Silence, 252 were pressured to keep quiet by the officer(s) who committed the misconduct and 118 felt pressure from uninvolved officers. The remaining 162 officers advised they covered up the incident even though they were not pressured.
  • Excessive use of force was the most frequent situation over which the Code of Silence occurs, with 217 were excessive use of force circumstances.
  • The five most frequently offered solutions for controlling the Code of Silence from the 532 officers who confessed to taking part in it were: Conduct good ethics training (listed 46 times); More consistent accountability (listed 20 times); Ensure open communication between officers and leaders (listed 16 times); Provide an anonymous reporting system (listed 14 times) and Protect whistleblowers (listed 10 times).”

Here is the study in it’s entirety: http://www.aele.org/loscode2000.html

Think about this: How high is the actual percentage of abuse if 46% of cops have witnessed it and covered it up?

Now that the video age has arrived, these scumbags can lie all they want, but when the video is released the truth will come out.

This study is from 2000 and I am sure that as the cops have militarized and geared up the percentage is much higher

Remember the next time you interact with a cop that he will lie to make that interaction fit his narrative if he needs to

Remember if you sit on a jury that the “Sworn officer of the court” is most likely more apt to lie than the citizen he is accusing

A few bad apples?

I don’t think that you can look at the statistics above and actually believe that

Video: Tough guy cop threatens young boy , calls him and his mother “Pieces of sh@t”

“Dallas, TX — A Dallas SWAT officer was caught on camera threatening to break a young boy’s neck while calling him and his mother pieces of sh*t.

This stand-up cop, Terigi Rossi, was regularly featured on the TV Show, Dallas SWAT. Ironically enough, this cop had no idea he was ‘on TV’ while assaulting and threatening a woman and child.

Rossi was demoted from SWAT in 2013 after he was found asleep on the job. Since then, he’s been on the regular beat and has taken to the streets to abuse women and children.

In October 2014, a woman called 9-1-1 because her car had been towed from her apartment complex. The woman thought the call was over, so she hung up the phone. However, police considered this a 9-1-1 hang up and sent Rossi and his partner Cpl Stacy Ward to investigate.

When they showed up, Ward was cordial while Rossi seemingly treated the situation like a SWAT raid.

When the woman answered the door, she explained to the officers that she thought the call was over, so she hung up and that there was no problem.

According to his police report, Rossi said the woman became combative and was banging on the door, so he placed her under arrest. However, Rossi’s partner, Ward’s account says the exact opposite, and that the woman was not combative or violent in any way.

After seeing his stepmother taken from her house and handcuffed, the young boy, with the highest level of respect, went to ask the officer why she was being arrested.

“Don’t look at her. Look at me, cause then I’ll take you downtown, then you gotta talk, then you’re gonna go to foster care. Okay. I need to know what happened here because right now, she’s going to jail,” says Rossi, which later turns out to be nothing but lies.

“For doing what?” asks the boy.

“For not listening to me.You can act like a tough guy all you want. Okay, she’s going to jail no matter what,” lies Rossi again.”

How many videos like this are people going to have to see before they realize that theses are not “Just a few bad apples”?

How many stories about abuse, rape, beatings and cruelty is it going to take to convince people that our “Public servants” are out of control tyrants?

These are the same individuals who as “Sworn officers of the court” are assumed to be telling the truth instead of the citizen they testify against

This needs to change and the perception that just because someone wears a blue uniform and straps on a gun is a hero, needs to change too.

Florida Judge Defies First Amendment and Breaks Oath – Just in Time for July 4th Holiday

“It is CRUCIAL that we as citizens exorcise from Florida’s judiciary the ‘Honorable’ Judge Mark Mahon.

He should be disbarred too.

Judge Mahon is the Interim Chief Judge of Florida’s 4th Circuit Court based in Jacksonville.

He was appointed to that position last year after serving in Florida’s legislature.

The Florida Judge issued an order this week in direct violation of the most basic American Constitutionally protected First Amendment Rights; the Rights of free speech and the Right to petition our government for redress of grievances. (complete copy at bottom)

The thin skinned Judge simultaneously banned opinion, petition and criticism in public.

His order (as recorded into public record below) specifically calls for “No speech that ‘degrade[s] or call[s] into question the integrity’ of judges on courthouse sidewalks”.

The legal specifics of why Mahon’s order defies the governing document of the land can be found within The Volokh Conspiracy’s article of the same name as seen in the Washington Post.

Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Commission requires a signed complaint form, which can be filled in electronically, then sent by mail.

Already, this illegal order has caused Law Enforcement Officers to threaten PINAC journalists with arrest for nothing more than recording from public sidewalks nearby the Jacksonville Courthouse.

How can we allow Judge to rule from on high, when he cannot understand the most basic Constitutional tenets to which he owes loyalty under oath?”

These black robed scumbags actually think that they are above the law. I sat in an open court one time and was told, after my attorney objected to the judges behavior, “I am a judge, I can do anything I want”

They sit on that bench, insulated by the security of armed men, playing God with people’s lives and thinking that they are untouchable.

But they are not.

They are simply men with an inflated sense of self importance

They shop at the neighborhood grocery store

They live nearby in gated communities

They visit their children and grand children on Sundays

If you see this judge make sure that you let him know how you feel

And make sure that you degrade him and call his integrity into question

After all he is a scumbag

Because only a scumbag would write an order like that
